I was wandering around the store this morning looking for Poppycock, which I have done on three separate occasions. I stopped an employee named Chris J. and asked if she knew where I might find it, she looked and said maybe in front of the store. I thank her and continued on shopping. 15 minutes later while I was in the frozen food section here comes Chris with two cans of Poppycock original and Cashew, I took both.
I have never had an employee of BJ's go above and beyond in such a way. I am very grateful.

William the receipt checker shows zero respect for women!! The store manager continues to allow his poor behavior. Apparently negatively commenting on food purchased and calling the customer a “fat B*tch” is acceptable at this location.

Great experience with all staff I encountered on duty tonight. They went above and beyond to exchange a defective TV for me that had already been repaired twice. Truly awesome of your staff on duty at your service desk and the MOD to provide the type of service I received this evening. I wish i got names of the employees involved bc they are the face of your club that keeps customers coming back. Even after a long saturday 11/28/20 i show up at 8:30 pm and they all still work had great attitudes. Keep up the good work!
