Food is absolutely delicious every time!! The owners focus on the quality and taste of their food. This is not a place to eat in with the family, there are no aesthetics but don’t let that be why you don’t try it. Don’t be fooled. The experience is in the food! Best Asian food in Chicopee in my opinion. I recommend the salt and pepper wings (these are spicey but the best wings you’ll ever have), their lo mein is really good, Godzilla roll for sushi, and our favorite is their beef Ramen ? Prices are fair but food taste, quantity, and quality is worth the their prices. Owner is super sweet and always a pleasure to talk to when ordering food. 100% recommend!

A friend told me about this restaurant a few weeks ago and I wanted to try because he said they were good. He was right! They are very good!I thought it was a sit down restaurant, they do have tables so I was confused when I arrived and found the room to be extremely cold. The girl informed my friend and I that it's take out or delivery only. We placed our order and waited in the car.Food was very tasty, hot and fresh. The General Tso was mild just like I asked. It was crispy too which I liked. Ribs were full of meat and not fatty like some places. Crab Rangoons were super crunchy. The friend wonton were just ok.Prices were a bit higher than I had expected but I'd go back again.

Blue Asian Cuisine is my favorite place for sushi in the area. I absolutely love their food & the employees are so, so kind!!! I am a life-long customer. Oh, & their salmon sashimi is to die for! I'd eat it daily if I was rich.

Having just moved to the area, I was looking for a good Chinese food place for those nights where I can't bring myself to cook and settled on Blue Asian Cuisine. It was SO good.Granted, it was a bit of a wait, but the person on the phone kindly explained the situation to me and let me know how much longer it would be. Let me tell you, this place was worth the wait. Everything in the pu pu platter was superb. The teriyaki in particular was tender and perfectly carbonized. My brother got the General Gao's chicken, which was still crispy and had a well-balanced sauce with a pleasant heat. My husband and I got some sushi which was equally delicious. The food was so good that my husband gave himself a stomach ache from overeating.I will absolutely be ordering here again. If you're looking for some great comfort food, this is the place.

Price overly expensive. Won’t go back. The quality of food isn’t very good either.

Over priced food and it’s not even that appetizing or appealing. $54 for 2 dinners, large side order of chicken wings and 2 liter soda! I do not think the food is worth the price.

I specifically asked for pork fried rice with my pupu platter, was told it was going to cost more to which I replied THATS FINE. Then I drive 15 minutes home to find out they didn’t give me the rice. I called and was repeatedly told I was wrong and I didn’t order what I KNOW I did. No apology, no compromise no attempt to make it right even though I spent just under $100! The only solution they could give was for me to spend ever more money and drive another 30 minutes. Absolutely AWFUL customer service.

Don’t get sushi here! I ordered food from here off door dash. When I was ordering the food I thought I was ordering from blue water sushi in ludlow. I got 4 rolls, and each roll was $11.95… then I got a quart of miso soup for around $11. The salmon and avocado rolls I got were extremely low quality salmon. It was 100% not worth 11.95 for the poor quality fish I got. Meanwhile I got blue water sushi in ludlow yesterday and it’s only around $6 for a roll, therefore I got two rolls for $14. The quality of the fish was 10x better and I was not charged nearly as much. I would also like to note that blue Asian cuisines miso soup is not what you would expect it to be, it was a different type of seaweed and the tofu was an unpleasant texture. Overall save your money and do not go here. I spent around $80 and I severely regret it. I spent $46 with tip included at blue water sushi and the food was 10x better.

I’ve been here several times. Take out… (I’m one of those) I’ve never been disappointed. Absolutely excellent! I’ve tried many different things and I’ve liked it all!

$50 for two regular sized dishes and an order or scallion pancakes. This same meal costs <$35 at other Chinese restaurants in the area. Definitely not coming back.

I am sorry to have to post this review because I WAS a HUGE fan of Blue Asian Cuisine from the time they opened and always gave them rave reviews... until this evening. I always felt they had the best authentic tasting Chinese food around and encouraged others to go there. But this evening's order has changed my mind about ever going back.We haven't ordered Chinese food out in a while and I was so looking forward to dinner.I placed an online order for their House Fried Rice (which I always loved) it always packed with chunks of Pork, Chicken, Beef and a number of Shrimp. I also ordered Beef Teriyaki. There was only one size for each...so we expected to get the same size we always received. Each was priced online at $10.95. The rice dish we received was small, only about 1 1/2 cups of rice with teeny tiny little bits of pork, chicken and only 1 shrimp. It also inculded a few beansprouts and a couple of pieces of green onion (even though I very specifically ordered it without onion). We received 3 Teriyaki strips. I get that they are trying to keep control of their prices...but cutting portions to this extent is ridiculous. I'd rather they be upfront and increase their prices accordingly, like everyone else has had to do to maintain the quality of their food and portions. The online ordering system said that the restraunt may call to verify our credit card information. My husband decided he would pay when he picked up the order. But their system would not process the order without our credit card information. We received no call to verify the credit card. What we did receive was the surprise that the order was billed out at nearly $3 more when he picked it up . This included a $.50 online credit card charge. When my husband brought the discrepancy to their attention, they apologized with the excuse that their online system wasn't able to process the credit card payment and the price quoted online and in the email confirmation, was wrong. The owner had raised the prices. What? Like in the last 10 minutes? Instead of giving him a credit for the over charge, they gave him two burned egg rolls instead.So...while I loved their food in the past. I find it hard to ignore deceptive practices of bait and switch. If I had gone to pick up the meal, it would still be sitting on their counter.$27+ for 1 1/2 cups of overcooked rice with less then 1/8 cup of tiny pieces of pork and chicken and 1 shrimp...along with 3 thin strips of Teriyaki is a bit too much for me to swallow.

The price compared to amount of food..no good.. .. not worth it ..and no beef teriyaki
