Since when does BWW use chicken patties for their crispy chicken sandwiches? Very disappointed with today's visit. $2 extra for five onion rings, a processed chicken patty for what should have been a Nashville hot crispy chicken sandwich, and pickled hot peppers. My friend's boneless chicken were cold and not coated with the hot sauce request.

They did not give me the fries that were supposed to come with it( take out) 5 dippers, asked for honey mustard only gave me one had to ask for another. Careless! The dippers were O.k. but over all very disappointed.

The food was average, although some of the dishes were a tad salty for my taste. The prices typically range from $11-$16 for a decent enree. The service was nice and friendly. Our order was running behind, so we were given a discount by the manager, which was very nice. I definitely think the overall service has improved, the food remains about average. The biggest downfall is that the restaurant is loud, making it difficult to have a conversation without needing to yell over other customers.

Great atmosphere food is definitely a 7 out of 10. Most of the staff are professional. A male staff named Evan was noticeably irritated when some of my party cancel plans. Left and went to the bar for this reason.

I only ordered two things, a hamburger and 10 wings for pickup and the order was ready 18 minutes past the pickup time. Then when I get back to the hotel room the fries were room temperature. A pretty underwhelming experience.
Quick to seat. Take forever to serve our main food, never mentioned the boneless wings deal. I did ask about the deal and was given the same exact ones I ordered without being asked what kind boxed to go when leaving. One drink, never asked again til after meal was served was half way thru eating. Our endless apps weren't really endless, the second round order came out as we will after our dinner came. Was completely dead in the restaurant including seeing any employees other then the to go person who widely ignored us. Photos are empty cups after we were half way thru eating.

So I went with my wife for our anniversary and we ordered the bottomless appetizers we waited 45minutes and we still didn't receive them whatsoever we ended up telling them to remove it from our tab. People were getting appetizers first than us who came in after us it's ridiculous. We didn't even get refills or was checked up on had to call waiter multiple times. NEVER COMING BACK.

We were greeted and shown to our table right away.Our server was Madison and she was friendly and attentive. However here is the most unprofessional thing I have ever experienced. The entire staff and bartender were in a huddle with the Manager for over 12 minutes or more (yes I started timing) at this time orders were not taken and drinks not served. This was at around 5/515pm. I later learned after this huddle the manager does the same with kitchen staff. This makes no sense to have no staff on the floor at all and yes we tried to get their attention. I don’t blame our server she was apologetic and caring. However having been in management for over 33 years I can honestly say this policy is not customer friendly.

Waited 45 minutes for 15 boneless wings. Waitress didn’t come check or anything. There were more waitresses than customers. Whole table was out of drinks for entire meal. Kinda important when you order hot wings. WILL NOT RETURN.
