It's like no one hears or understands simple requests here or could be a deeper concern such as reading comprehension. However I requested no mayo and no pickle, it was confirmed but when getting my sandwiches the sticker said no mayo and no pickle but opening my sandwich i got pickle and mayo. Went in got it remade. And guess what no mayo but they put extra pickles. I am disgusted with service here and you won't be getting it back. I would prefer a call from corporate to determine why service consistently at there fast food chains are constantly like this and not just one area. Customer service you do not care about you only care about how much money you generate it's pretty obvious. Don't even get me started on the pee and poop all over the bathroom walls constantly here. Just shows how management leads let alone the employees here. This isn't a one person issue or a communication error this is a company wide issue. Pretty sad

9 times out of 10 when I order from the Chicopee location through the BK mobile app with delivery, the order is wrong. To the point that door dash won't even refund me for their screw ups anymore. Don't use this store.

I have to bring attention to the soda. I got a diet Coke and strangely, it was the best diet Coke I'd ever gotten from a Burger King. 🤔
Of course the food problems were the result of whoever was working at the time, but I won't stop going here, because I don't even go here once every couple of years. I only stopped in because I wanted flame grilled, they had a coupon and I was close to it at the time.

I use this Burger King to wait for a PVTA bus unfortunately but it's very very clean and the staff is 5 stars worth for sure!
This was the second time in a row they screwed up my family and I did. I asked for the crispy fiery chicken sandwich with heavy glaze and heavy sauce the person then proceeded to do the complete opposite barley any glaze whatsoever and no spicy sauce. No sauce after saying have on both glaze and sauce.
