Would rate 0 stars if I could. Placed an order online 25-30 minutes prior to arriving this evening. Got to restaurant and their online systems are down so they start advising any walk ins to place orders online until they resolve issue. Those who were looking to pick up the orders they had already placed online (like me) were left standing for 15-20 minutes past their order time waiting for their food. I had asked employees when my order would be ready they said 5 minutes. 10-15 minutes later when I asked again I was told they're working on it and I could just call chipotle to get a refund if I'm unhappy. I'm 9 months pregnant and don't have all night to stand around and wait, those in there before me didn't receive their food either before I left. I left and opened 3 cases with Chipotle, all of them denying a refund. It's just unprofessional service and the employees ignored the customers standing there infront of them. One lady asked 4 times about her order before someone even acknowledged her. Overall disappointed having to wait 20 minutes past when the order should have been ready and leaving empty handed. Never going there again.

Paid for double chicken barely even got the 4oz of a regular serving. Took an hour and a half longer than it was supposed to which is fine if I also didn’t witness them make a bowl labeled gluten allergy with gloves they just had on to make a burrito. Go to a different chipotle.

The food is always fresh and amazing, as are the staff. I've never visited and been disappointed. the atmosphere although isn't one id sit down and eat in. tables can need some cleaning, and its always cold. i dont want to eat with my coat on.

My son and I went in at 8:15pm and the food was just as fresh as it is when we go in for lunch. The entire team was working together to take care of the late-night customers and they didn't miss a beat...Keith and Maynor loaded up perfect bowls, while Cindy made sure they were stocked up, giving them fresh rice and chicken, and Auggi got us checked out, getting us our forks. They were so pleasant, professional and courteous, that I just had to write a review to say thank you and hope their managers read this...they deserve recognition :)
I just left this establishment due to what I just saw at this location. I understand it is the end of the night, but the area where the food is prepped was absolutely disgusting, food, cheese, beans, all on the counter where the food is prepared, but again, I understand it’s the end of the night. Maybe it was a busy evening. So I proceed to ask the gentleman to please wipe the counter down before making my food, he proceeds to, he starts wiping it down, looked annoyed, but again, maybe he’s just tired and ready to go… as he rinses the dirty rag for the third time, brings it over to the counter to wipe it down again, and he had not ringed out the rag fully, so there was water from the dirty rag squeezed out of the rag, into the queso…. The kid was either oblivious or didn’t care, but he proceeded like nothing…. So I decided that this was not a place where I wanted to eat. Really is a shame. Hopefully they don’t save that food and re use it. Absolutely disgusting. Please do better: whomever the manager on shift was, has no regard to even let his food prep area be that filthy. Please do better
I love chipotle but this one kinda sucks. I wasted 30 minutes today getting dinner here. Service was slow to begin with then their payment system broke down and caused even more of a delay, and 5 minutes later it was up and running again then the service was still slow. Most frustrating part was the slow service while multiple employees were just standing around. I know everyone in line there was frustrated. Would’ve been nice if they gave chips or something anything for the time wasted there. The manager was made aware of the situation. All this is on top of the place being dirty and broken front door and broken chairs inside. ? I wanted to eat there but end up taking it to go

26 dec 8:45 line of like 5 people nobodies getting food, dude behind countrr is lazily scraping trays nobody helping jake the manager is behind the corner 5 people in sight working nobody making the orders. All of us in line rolling our eyes walked out. One employee who watched dude scrape trays instead of taking our order says "just go" great solution and we did. Fix ur night crew or suffer the same fate as moes.
