A true American diner with delicious comfort food. There’s a wait, but worthwhile experience. We love family establishments!

Our server, Betty-Jayne, was hilarious, fast, and efficient. Food was great, as ordered, and plenty of it. Home fries especially good. Didn’t have to wait for a table. Everything was great.

Disappointing service recently; apparently you have to sit in a certain location to get service. We sat at an available booth and waited while someone sat at an adjacent booth a few minutes later for about three seconds and had an order placed. I can understand different waitresses have different areas, but SOME form of acknowledgment would have been great.

Dont recommend it. We live 3 min away, and it was a pick-up order. Recently, I had a fit for some good breakfast food which this place used to be a go-to hidden gem, not anymore, it seems. I got the copper line special. Pancakes burnt and so dry tons of syrup couldn't save them couldn't even eat them was like trying to eat a dry sponge. Toast was barely toasted. Eggs were ok. The breakfast potatoes were ok. We ordered a large side of hash, which used to be amazing huge chunks of super dry jerky like pieces of corned beef all throughout. I asked for a side of COUNTRY gravy that I couldn't seem to find on the menu, so we asked for some IF THEY HAD IT on the side in the special notes section.

My wife walked in the cook, shouted super loud and super rudely. "Ya know, ya gotta pay for the gravy," as if we were trying to pull a fast one for a portion cup of gravy... I think we're ok paying for some gravy, sir. The gravy was NOT white country style gravy. It was brown chunky gravy that you'd serve on a meatloaf or roast or mashed potatoes. My wife's food was ok at best. We took $40+ tossed it out the window with 90% of our "breakfast lunch" My wife is a manager in a kitchen at a business in Northampton and she said this food would've NEVER made it to her customers.

It seems the food industry almost everywhere you go now. High prices awful food. Seems no one cares or take any pride in the food they make. It seems like they just want to get the food out so they can go back to doing anything but putting out good food. I can't even begin to tell you how disappointed we were and how bad it sucks to waste that kind of hard earned money.
