Came up to do my karaoke song he calls me up and as I'm walking up he starts the song. By the time I get to the mic this song is already singing the lyrics so I am totally caught off guard. I turned to tell him that wasn't fair and he just tells me to keep singing I get very uncomfortable I just tell him I'm all set and I still tipped him $5 even though he was horrible. 0 out of 10 will never go back

Karaoke DJs disregard the general public from being able to sing in favor of their friends. Sunday nights DJ COCO PROVES THAT BUSINESSES DIE ONE NIGHT AT A TIME. DIMINISHED RETURN WILL BE THE DEATH OF DOC'S PLACE. ?? WHAT'S UP DOC??????????????? GREAT CUSTOMERS TERRIBLE STAFF.

Wish they played actual music in between the karaokes. They should definitely split into sessions so people could actually enjoy the music as well

The DJ (AJ) on Wednesdays just let's her buddies sing all night long. I waited for 2 hours to sing but never got to it even though there were no more than 20 people in the bar. I've seen similar reviews from other visitors to this place .. Extremely disappointing.

I love Doc's Place! It is a perfect neighborhood, semi dive bar establishment, and I don't mean that in a negative way. I have nothing but nice things to say about the bartenders. I'm a friendly easy going guy, and I feel they respected and returned my kindness. I've been to Doc's on Fridays and Saturdays, but my favorite are Thursdays because you can sing more songs than during the weekends. The KJs are good people, and I don't know why people complain about them. I've never had a bad experience requesting and singing a song.

This place is a hidden gem ?. I challenge you to take a seat at the bar and see if 30 seconds go by before a bartender asks you what you would like to drink ?. The ambiance and vibe change on a nightly basis ...always good , but always unique . If you're like me and your looking for a good place to read a book or talk to quality people this is the place . Also, unusually ample parking

**BARTENDERS WILL TRY AND ROB YOU**First time being here. Ordered a Red Bull and Tito’s. Male bartender tells me 10$. I drink the drink then ordered another but from the female bartender but she says 11$. Of course, 10 was expensive now 11? Turns out an off duty bartender the works there tells me the drink is 8$ and then the bouncer agreed and said 8$. Then I found a few regulars that said the same, 8$. If they don’t recognize you they will try to rob you on the rip. Scum.
