Lately, has always been a 2 hour wait. Last time I called, was hung up on when I tried to cancel my order due to the 2 hour wait and being told that they havent even started to prepare my order. Has really gone downhill.

Placed our order at 7:59 and we were still waiting at 9:00. Tried calling multiple times for an update and no one answers. Tried to cancel but still, no answer. Decided to order from somewhere else which got here by 9:45. Dominos driver finally called he was here around 10:00. Not sure what’s going on with this location because we’ve ordered many times before without a problem but this was unacceptable. Management really needs to step up, get it together, or at the very least answer the phones.

Reason why I give a 1 start placed a order at 5:17 I get to the store at 5:30 and it wasn’t even made yet not sure why it wasn’t but the new workers are slow the old ones use to be so fast at making pizzas

We order from this Domino's a lot and every time we do the food is so good!! Especially those buffalo wings 😍The delivery drivers are also so nice and quick with their deliveries! What a great crew you have running this location!!

4 years ago they seems to be able to deliver a pizza to you in under 45 minutes....that is no longer the case. So fast food quality at an extreme wait...what more could you want.
This store has gone down badly. Always noisy, music blasting. Employees seem not to care about client care nor client experience. One simple order takes over an hour. Not the first time this has happened on a simple 1 pizza order. Management should really take an inward look because not everything is about profit. Caring for the community and your clients also matters.

Absolutely frustrating. I placed an order and was told it would be ready between 15-25 mins. They did not start baking my pizza until I arrived 25 minutes later. And I assumed it was because they were busy. NOPE. my order was literally the only order so I had to wait in the 100 degree weather an extra 20 sum odd minutes for pizzas that should have been done. The employee couldn’t even explain to me why pizzas that said they were prepared at 3:15 didn’t go into the oven to bake u til 3:40. Now I remember why I stopped ordering from here. Always some nonsense.

I called after an hour to check on a cheese and pepperoni pizza, being delivered a 45 second drive away just to get screamed at by a lunatic.
