I'm sorry but I believe it was because they were short-staffed it was a long wait for pickup they told me to come in 15 minutes I was there in 15 minutes and I waited another 15 I'm sorry that they were short-staffed but that's up to the business to cover and another thing is is tips belong to service and when you're picking up you should not be bothered with asking for a tip that's just wrong they are supposed to do their job and be paid for it that was their agreement when they were hired I really do have a problem with tipping anytime that I don't feel that it was a service and that someone went out of their way to serve the true meaning of a tip is gratuity it is not supposed to be somebody's pay I will keep saying that to the day I die you should get paid for your work from the company and maybe the companies would do better if they paid their people instead of allowing customers to pay people for a good job

Just got my large pepperoni pizza delivered. The amount of pepperoni is extraordinary, the wait time was quite short, and the pizza itself tastes amazing, especially the crust!

Order of 3 pizzas always takes an hr and a half to get to me for the past 4 months. If the app would let me choose a different dominos, I would. I could have Springfield(20 mins away) get to me faster. With less head ache. They never update the app either. Or let you know when it's dropped off.Last time I ordered, the diver ignored my request to leave it at the door and then made me take my own order out of his bag. He then gave me a dirty look and swore at me in Spanish under his breath thinking I don't know the language because I'm light skinned.

I've been in the food industry for almost 20 years now and started out as a teenager doing delivery driving for various places. I wanted to give a shout out to my delivery driver tonight, Andrew. He was extremely personable and charismatic. When he told me the total and I told him how much cash I had on me, he immediately knew the math and told me what my change would be.Non management employees, such as Andrew, should be both recognized and commended for their outstanding service, by their management staff. Excellent Job!

We order dominoes all the time. But the last couple of months it is so ridiculous. It takes for ever to get our delivery. Like I am talking over an hour if not longer. We got an excuse one time they left with out one of your pizzas and came back we are remaking your order. OK well a phone call would of been nice. We like the pizza but really think we are going to have to start doing take out and go to a different one cause this one is going down hill. I have ordered for lunch and 30 min at my door. I don't know who works at night but don't seem like they are working. As of right now I have been in prep for the last hour. Can't wait to see if I get my order tonight.

Time for a different pizza place. I usually don’t have any issues with Dominos but after spending 55 dollars and receiving my order at 7pm and ordering it at 515pm it’s pretty bad that it was cold like second day dominos pretty much. The cheese sticks didn’t have any cheese in them and they were the wrong sticks anyway. Pretty much nothing went right with this order. Took an hour to quality check and was overcooked wrong and cold. That’s just the truth. Oh well just won’t order here again.

Worst Domino's experience I have ever had. Order said it was delivered but never was, called the store to check and some chick gave me attitude because my order was then canceled. Told me she could remake it and charge me again. What!? hour and half later no food. Terrible.
