So, I've been here a couple times in a pinch and this is hands down the worst Dunkin I've been to recently. My hashbrowns were undercooked, and somehow underseasoned(they come prepackaged I know) but I ordered, and then waited for at least 10 minutes. I recieved my food but not my coffee. I asked again for my coffee and it was done right. But, the bagel wasn't toasted like I asked. Raw potato crunch, and the bagel not being toasted killed me. I consistently get good food from Greenfield, and Northampton so this is up there for me avoiding a spot.
Parking: The drive thru intersects the parking lot so drive slow entering because people don't know how to drive.

4 o’clock on a sunday afternoon no one there and took 10 minutes to get one ice coffee in drive thru after 5 i tapped on the window asking if there was a problem few minutes later a younger heavy set Latina came to the window and was like you need to wait for your coffee! This Dunkin use to have the better service of the DD out of the 4 dunkin’s in a 5 mile radius last year or so has completely gone downhill service wise. I get no one wants to work but this is ridiculous rude rude rude employees

Stopped off of HWY 90 for a coffee and bathroom break. Long line so tried to use the washroom first. After knocking and trying to open the door, staff was asked to open the door. They had no idea why the door was locked and didn’t attempt to open the door. There were 4 people lined up for the washroom. Had to go to another restaurant for coffee and to use the washroom. Not a great impression of the City of Chickope

Every time I order from there especially online there is always something missing or wrong. These people can never get anything right. I don’t know how incompetent you have to be to be bad at food service work.
Big change. Super bad drive thru. You'll probably have some kind of damage to your car, if you don't pay attention, to the poorly filled pot holes.
The Guy at the window was so incredibly rude wearing his keffiyeh like a winter ? scarf in 80 degree weather -it's no wonder.
The inside wasn't as clean or updated, the service and the food use to be so much better (not the drive through its been filled with potholes for a while now the rest matches that drive. ?

This dunkin is a mess. Out of the few times I've been here, the drive thru has down twice due to problems with the payment terminal. Inside the restaurant the atmosphere is one of disarray. I was helped fairly quickly. The woman was friendly enough. Just seems like there's not much organization. Coffee was good.

Anybody who knows me, knows I’m a Dunkin addict. I get Dunkin pretty much every day, and I usually don’t have any problems. Except I found a WRAPPER in my sandwich. Didn’t notice until I took a bite. Made we want to throw the rest of my sandwich away. I know it gets busy, but this is unacceptable. It’s not even a little piece… someone definitely should have noticed.
