I asked the drive through person to stir up my refresher.They said they're not allowed to I asked her they could shake it up because when I do it in the car it gets all over. She says We're not allowed to. Then she starts giving me an attitude about don't come back here anymore. Is this really how your employees treat customers?

The staff are rude. A guy working in the back looked like he just came off the street. We ordered munchkins on the app only for them to tell us that they ran out! Don’t come here they are terrible

The place and the food has gotten pretty horrible. I ordered wake up wraps and hash browns and the eggs were completely disgusting and they put a crumb or bacon on them and hash browns were like extra salty rocks the coffee taste just like soap and several other times I've been there they didn't have any doughnuts!!🤯🤦♂️ Ridiculous Not sure wth happen to DD but very disappointing!! Profit before anything else i guess!! Greed is a horrible thing!!

Dude behind the counter with his hat on backwards and green shorts sticking out from his sagging pants. No manager in sight to correct it. Was sitting for ten minutes finishing my food and saw him pull his pants up 8 separate times. Not a good look for front counter worker.
Delivery order (GrubHub) was wrong. Did not get what I paid for. I tried calling the store, but call ends.
