1 week after relaunch and sign says open at 5am and it now 515 and nothing..... Ummmm. I see 3 employees inside milling around getting nothing done in a hurry. Maybe I will try drive thru. I got my coffee and bagel here last week at this time.

Ordered 50 donut holes, all of them stale and old. In addition, they were not assorted and came completely plain despite the description. They definitely need more thorough inspections on the quality of their food and workers. Biggest waste of money and an overall disappointment. Also called the company number three times to report the quality and never got a person on the other line.

Every time latley I go to this Dublin their food tastes like dishes like soap and sanitizing stuff it’s honestly quite gross and sucks because it’s super simple food hard to mess it up but the fact it tastes like a dishwasher is nasty. I’m done going to this one.

The young lady taking orders was amazing doing the register and drive-in seemingly simultaneously, but the fulfilling of the orders was tremendously slow.

Ordered a donut and loaded hash brown. Watched 5 people get their food before me. Tried to ask multiple people for assistance was ignored everytime. Tried to get a refund and it didn’t work. Just left after waiting for $5
