My lovely bride asked me this morning to pick up a few donuts. What a mistake going to Dunkin. My donuts were not fresh, probably delivered to the store. I had to eat 3/4 of my Boston Cream donut to see the Boston Cream. What a difference the years have changed. Why? No more quality, just sell, sell, sell.

I asked the drive through person to stir up my refresher.They said they're not allowed to I asked her they could shake it up because when I do it in the car it gets all over. She says We're not allowed to. Then she starts giving me an attitude about don't come back here anymore. Is this really how your employees treat customers?

The staff are rude. A guy working in the back looked like he just came off the street. We ordered munchkins on the app only for them to tell us that they ran out! Don’t come here they are terrible
