Service was horrible. The place was incredibly understaffed and slow, while an obvious new hire was on the clock. Took over an hour for 3 drinks. Ordered 2 Matchas that they made the new hire make, who made them terribly and dark green. I don't blame her but rather the lack of training that I know, from experience, is not given to Dunkin employees. This was today. The last time I came here, an employee making sandwiches picked a wedgie out and never washed her hands! Simply continued to make food! Disgusting!

Disappointed in the service I received while I was here. I ordered a small iced Matcha with less ice, and received a small matcha with extra ice. When I came back to have it made correctly I was polite about it and the person working the drive through seemed rude and rudely handed it to me filled half way. Will not be returning.

Really disappointing location. It’s conveniently located to my parents’ house for when I visit, but my visit last weekend was not great.
While there’s a lot of staff, no one seemed interested or dedicated to helping inside customers at the register.
The guy who eventually took our order wasn’t friendly, didn’t talk, got our order wrong, and didn’t give us a receipt.
The donut display case was practically empty, and we had to try and view the donut case next to the drive up window to see if they had the donuts we wanted. There was also a fly hanging out on the donuts in the main display case.
Our bagel order was wrong so we had to correct that, and then we had to wait around a while for them to realize no one made our hot cocoa.
Poorly ran operation with limited item availability and those inside waiting for pickups or coming to order inside are ignored and left waiting.

Worst Dunkin in western Ma. Go down the road to the one near Arby's or just go to Cumberland Farms instead. I couldn't even drink the watered coffee I was served today. It was a complete waste of money. I think the workers are intentionally making bad coffee.

Im glad that my needs of the true New England experience have been fulfilled: 2 dedicated Dunkins on Memorial Drive. Its a small building but a good one to sit down and eat in, too, after grabbing a nice latte and a couple donuts

Making a consistently good cup of coffee just isn't possible for this location. Time and time again I've tried to go here and give them the benefit of the doubt but I'm just throwing money away at this point. I'll pass on the Bad attitudes, gross coffee & wrong orders .

No matter which Dunkin I go to, I order the exact same drink every time. And based off of my experience with dozens of orders from this one, this is the Michelin-star of Dunkin Donuts locations. It doesn’t matter how long the line is, they get my order perfect every time. Meanwhile, every other Dunkin location within 10 miles gives me a completely different consistency, taste, improper directions with toppings, can’t even give me a refund, etc.

I’ve been twice, and both times the coffee and espresso drinks were watered down and the hash browns were soggy. Honestly, I don’t mind hitting every red light on Memorial Drive just to get back to the one next to Arby’s.

I've recently started coming to this Dunkin’ location while my usual spot is under construction, and I have to say what a fantastic experience!
The customer service here is outstanding. The staff is consistently attentive, friendly, and so far they have always gotten my order just right. My go-to drink is a large iced latte with caramel.
Beyond the great service, the atmosphere is inviting, whether you’re stopping by the drive-through or ordering inside. The store in my experience has always been clean, the wait time is short, and the team operates smoothly to keep things efficient. I appreciate the consistent experience with every visit.

They just don’t listen I asked for a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel toasted with butter some how we forget the bacon egg and cheese and I have a soggy butter barely toasted bagel…how do you forget half the sandwich
