Its the only dunkin within walking distance so its all I've got. I always order ahead on the app so it should always be ready by the time I walk into the store (it takes 5 minutes to walk there) and usually they will just have it on the shelf near the drive thru window, not even the mobile order shelf where I can just pick it up and leave. I have to sit and wait for someone to get to me while I literally watch the cold foam melting into my iced coffee. Sometimes ill stand...

I was very disappointed the other day. I have always enjoyed going to this dunkin. Yesterday was not a good day. The coffee was cold, they got my order wrong, and at least two of the workers were not wearing their mask properly. They did not cover their noses, which renders their mask useless. There is a reason one of the covid tests involves a nasal swab. The virus lives there.

Most of the time the orders are made right and the food/drinks are of expected quality....other times tho it seems like they give you someone else's order because of how much different the item is from what is ordered. It can be a very frustrating place or a very good place, it depends which staff is doing what.
