I go to this Dunkin after my graveyard shift *EVERY* morning to get my same usual order at 8am. Every time, the same lady takes my extremely simple order, gets it right, and I’m always happy. However, if I go anytime in the afternoon, it’s a total opposite experience. Wrong orders, completely wrong drinks, sometimes they give my order to the person in front of me… it’s a train wreck that baffles me every time because I’m the most simple dunkin customer… and it only seems to happen in the afternoon when it’s the LEAST busy. Giving me honey glazed when I ask for chocolate glazed is a constant trend, giving me a hot drink instead of an iced drink happens frequently, saying they no longer serve specialty drinks when they most certainly do (I was told one time that they no longer serve the Dunkalatte? Yeah right.) i love dunkin man, I really do. And I hate leaving reviews of any kind. But today was just the last straw and also like, the 3rd consecutive mishap. Mistakes happen, I know. But something needs to be done to prevent these tiny little mistakes from happening ever. Single. Time. (Sheik fhr day)

I went to the Dunkin on front street Chicopee Massachusetts. They gave me a sausage egg and cheese on a croissant when I asked for a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel. I tried to call and they didn’t answer me I rode my bike all the way over which is over a mile and I don’t even want to go back I just want to get my money back but they will not answer me.

The girl that works here at close is lazy and if she does not like her job she should quit she gave me a coffee that been sitting for a wile it was not even warm a medium hot regular how simple is that but to lazy to make a fresh pot they had a hour before close so not need for the coffee to not be fresh I will be back tomorrow since she refused to make another coffee did not even answer I opened the drive through window and left my coffee there so disappointing and Dunkin is my favorite place and yall are giving them a bad reputation
Very nice employees however, their macchiato was pretty much just milk, did not taste like coffee at all

I love this Dunkin and switched over to them for my morning coffee before work. They are absolutely the sweetest here and always repeat my order back to me. I can't have regular milk and they have NEVER messed up on that regard like the other Dunkins in the area.

This location used to be great. Sadly, the last 3 times I've been there my order has been wrong. This time it was supposed to be 10 munchkins and a large hot coffee, 5 while milk and 1 shot of caramel, which was a what I paid for. What I got was 7 munchkins and a burnt coffee with cream and sugar ?. Mind you this was after waiting at the window for 10 minutes and 3 clerks asking me what I was waiting for. I work food service, I get it, it gets busy...but come on, do better!!
