I went to the Dunkin on front street Chicopee Massachusetts. They gave me a sausage egg and cheese on a croissant when I asked for a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel. I tried to call and they didn’t answer me I rode my bike all the way over which is over a mile and I don’t even want to go back I just want to get my money back but they will not answer me.

The girl that works here at close is lazy and if she does not like her job she should quit she gave me a coffee that been sitting for a wile it was not even warm a medium hot regular how simple is that but to lazy to make a fresh pot they had a hour before close so not need for the coffee to not be fresh I will be back tomorrow since she refused to make another coffee did not even answer I opened the drive through window and left my coffee there so disappointing and Dunkin is my favorite place and yall are giving them a bad reputation

I love this Dunkin and switched over to them for my morning coffee before work. They are absolutely the sweetest here and always repeat my order back to me. I can't have regular milk and they have NEVER messed up on that regard like the other Dunkins in the area.
This location used to be great. Sadly, the last 3 times I've been there my order has been wrong. This time it was supposed to be 10 munchkins and a large hot coffee, 5 while milk and 1 shot of caramel, which was a what I paid for. What I got was 7 munchkins and a burnt coffee with cream and sugar ?. Mind you this was after waiting at the window for 10 minutes and 3 clerks asking me what I was waiting for. I work food service, I get it, it gets busy...but come on, do better!!

They had like no donuts at all. I asked for 3 cream in my medium iced coffee and they put like one?? Coffee was dark as hell. I'm assuming they ran out and got lazy, figured I wouldn't notice or care. Plus it was too late to ask them to add more cream because they already put the cold foam on it.

Well! Yesterday after a long day working I stopped by DD of front st in Chicopee. It was 6:53pm, I was craving for a hot latte! ? sadly the girl that was working told me no. Only could be if was cold! I don’t drink it cold. If DD front street closes at 8pm on Fridays, why I did not have my coffee? They had 1 hour and 7 minutes still to serve! Shame on them! People should work with passion and not only for money! Why not both!
