I go to this Dunkin after my graveyard shift *EVERY* morning to get my same usual order at 8am. Every time, the same lady takes my extremely simple order, gets it right, and I’m always happy. However, if I go anytime in the afternoon, it’s a total opposite experience. Wrong orders, completely wrong drinks, sometimes they give my order to the person in front of me… it’s a train wreck that baffles me every time because I’m the most simple dunkin customer… and it only...

This is the best Dunkin location in Chicopee and one of the best in the entire area! Staff is always very polite and positive, something most Dunkin locations lack in. I always have a good experience here!

I love this Dunkin and switched over to them for my morning coffee before work. They are absolutely the sweetest here and always repeat my order back to me. I can't have regular milk and they have NEVER messed up on that regard like the other Dunkins in the area.
