Today one of the employees really destroyed my mood, he started arguing with me, I ordered two orders, and two orders were incorrect, he also gave me the wrong change, and he works as if he was forced to work there, I will still talk to the manager about him

I just wanted to say I very much appreciate the boy that took care of me today. He was kinda thin and tall and had longer hair and glasses. I had been standing at the counter for two minutes or so waiting for my order to be taken. There were three people behind the counter but one was addressing the drive thru, the other was grabbing something and someone else was baking something. There was a heavyset person with very curly blonde and black hair that walked past me as I waited a couple of times and eventually just ended up standing there, next to the drive thru attendant, after the last person left the drive thru (and the drive thru became empty). They continued to stand there. I’m not one to rush, but I did take notice that they had walked past me multiple times, and were not busy with tasks, and were quite literally just standing there as if they were bored. THIS isn’t my issue -

the boy i mentioned then came out from the back room and apologized for the wait. HE seemed like he was doing a lot all at once, and he still came to take care of me when he noticed. He then remarked at the heavyset person I’d mentioned before that they could be taking orders instead of standing, which was a valid criticism. The other party then began loudly responding that they weren’t doing nothing (they were), and that over and over again in various phrases and brash tones. I just wanted to say that I really appreciate the boy’s ability to stay calm and levelheaded while getting yelled at by a coworker he was asking for help from in a stressful moment- I was still taken care of by him faster than the entire time I waited behind the counter after he took my order, he grabbed all of it and made the coffee as the heavyset women began to start doing tasks as they continued to yell at him about how they weren’t just standing around, and weren’t going to be treated rudely. Other staff did try multiple times to stop the person from yelling and responding and continuing the argument but she continued. It was so consistent and endless and loud that I genuinely felt the need to write this review. I think that’s incredibly unprofessional and not very team-player in an environment where that is a big part of the functioning work environment.

Again, props to that boy, I wish I had asked for his name, thank you endlessly again. I appreciate your quickness and consideration especially as I was on my way to work.

I honestly not choose this place. The people that work there are so unprofessional. They choose fighting over their job. They don't make the coffee right and it seems like it's more watery than anything. They were busy fighting in the store this morning instead of making coffee for people worried about he say she say

I went in for a coffee today. And might I just say the guy that was working in the behind the counter started arguing with another guy. It felt like a big gossip girl environment. I really feel like they need to be looked into because every time I come here. The workers are not doing their job. And they're messing up copies. More gossiping and fighting with customers, then doing their job..

The workers there are very rude they fight infront of everyone.
They also seem to always be in a bad mood.. I think if you can't deal with people then you shouldn't work there. They gossip more then doing g there job the workers here really need replacing as it feels like a teen school environment and not a professional coffee spot

Dunkin coffee is hit or miss. On the weekends this location has younger men working and they have no urgency to fill orders.

I have been coming to this Dunkin for about four years since I moved to Chicopee. I’m a regular I usually come for two coffees and sometimes I get a dozen or a half dozen donuts. It’s been more often I’ve been coming for donuts due to my children being home for summer vacation. I used to get assorted and they’d give me a large variety or 2 each of their most popular donuts. My family is specific and they only like about 4 of the selection. SO I TRIED ASKING ONE DAY TO CHOOSE MY DONUTS ( I was only getting a half dozen btw) AND I WAS TOLD I COULD NOT PICK THEM FROM THE DRIVETHRU AFTER ALREADY WAITING 10MIN! They wanted me to come inside. I exchanged words at the window and got the donuts of my choosing. Today my husband did our coffee run, and he chose an assortment. EIGHT PINK FROSTED DONUTS 2 VANILLA AND ONE CHOCOLATE GLAZED AND ONE BOSTON CREAM. THAT IS NOT AN ASSORTMENT! NO ONE IN MY HOUSE WILL BE EATING 9 OF THOSE DONUTS. I’m just confused how something so simple got so complicating. I’m just looking to get 3 crullers 3 Boston cream 3 jelly and 3 glazed! It’s not a large request that should require me going inside. You guys should at least offer a standard set to avoid situations like this. #nobodywants8pinkdonuts

Placed a mobile order, then I went through the drive through a minute later. The Dunkin employee told us “you need to at least give us five minutes for a pre order”. Then the other one slammed the window. The only thing we said was “okay”.
It’s the same as if I just spoke the order to the speaker time wise, with no miscommunication, so what’s the issue? Also I placed the order for pick up time “asap” not “in five minutes”.
I place mobile orders bc Dunkin always messes up the drinks, so this way there is no miscommunication. It says nowhere on the app that you need to place it five minutes before you get there, that’s just entitled bullshit. What if I was hard of hearing and needed to place it on the app?
Also, literally no one else was at this Dunkin at this time. We were the only customers. I’m sorry you had to do your job??
ETA: I also used to work at Dunkin, not this location, and that is NOT a rule.

I sat in the drive-through line with ONE car in front of me at the pickup window for 13 minutes before they gave them HALF their order. I waited another 8 minutes, and the people in front still were waiting for the rest of their order. NO coffee is worth waiting that long! I'll never go to that dunkin again!
