This place was one of the best out there, prior to this month they never got an order wrong, never had issues making change! This week was the last straw. After repeated mistakes on my order and the in ability to give the correct change I am done this location. I order the same thing, been ordering it for the past 10 years, I also understand that people will not remeber from day to day but if they were able to keep help it shouldn't be an issue. I order a breakfast sandwich with bacon ,because they got rid of ham, egg and cheese on a cinnamon raisin bagel with a large sparked energy, peach flavor. Sometimes I get a boston cream donut with it. This week, though I do get the drink correct, I got an everything bagel with the bacon egg and cheese. A glazed donut with 3 plain donuts, and today I got a croissant with bacon, just bacon. Stop using this one, they are now the worst Dunkin I have been to.

everyone was talking crap while I was sitting at the drive thru window. I ordered my coffee 3 different times and they still got it wrong, at this point I think they did it on purpose! worst expeirence I've ever had there! girl at drive thru (short black hair) was very nice though. when she realized I could hear all other employees talking crap loudly about me she closed the window
Dietary restrictions: no cinnamon (allergic) was put on and scraped off still leaving bits of cinnamon in drink
I always go to drive thru. They often mess up the order. If you go inside you are basically ignored as long as possible. When you speak up, they treat you like a Karen.

This place is nasty. They tried serving me donuts with flies on them and had the nerve to be rude and disrespectful when I asked for my money back. They couldn't refund my money because I ordered ahead through the app. You think with all that money Dunkin has, they would have their donuts in glass cases with doors so flies don't end up regurgitating on them before they sell it to us.

My girlfriend goes in there on a daily basis she was eating a donut at home she bought there and started choking I had to bring her to the emergency room there was a small white cap lodge in her throat from eating the donut she is now waiting for x rays..?
