RUN AWAY!!!! The people working here are the rudest, monotone and untrained poor excuse for “workers”. Our coffees were terrible! Water with ice and a dash of coffee. Even with a second trip through the drive thru they couldn’t fix the drinks we payed for. Management needs to retrain or rehire. How do you not know how to make one of the most popular drinks right now????But i guess you can’t fix stupid. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!

"Stopped by Dunkin’ for an XL coffee during my evening pickup, and they handed me an XL tea instead. Apparently, someone back there decided I needed leaves instead of beans to fuel my night. I didn’t notice until I was too far away to turn back, so now I’m sipping this sad, hot leaf water instead of the liquid bean magic I was counting on. Thanks for the botanical switcheroo, Dunkin’, but next time, I’d prefer caffeine that grew on a bush, not the bush itself.

Had a really weird experience yesterday with (2?) ghetto girls unless it was 1 person.
My boyfriend was reading off an order and got confused about if there was supposed to be light ice. She repeated the order fine and was confirming the ice with him but irritated, and I chose to clarify bc I was the driver and maybe they weren’t hearing each other. Just real nice said “We just need regular ice, thank you”. Maybe she thought I was being sarcastic?
I was hit in the face with so much attitude it was strange. “That’s what I said MA’AM.” No aggressive no confrontation from me but she was so mad?? I looked at my boyfriend and he was about to go off. We both are surprised and kinda confused. She’s still on the headset saying “Huh? What??” very pointed and loud. So we could see now she was just trying to be weird and immature
Then I leave because there’s no good coffee to come out of this. As I left she yelled out the window (to her coworkers, but for me to hear) “LOOK LOOK, THEY ARE LEAVING!”.
Vibes are off. Maybe screen crew members better next time. Adult world doesn’t do well with high school ghetto. This is clearly the only communication skills your staff had available to use which was sad.

Horrible food and service! The memorial drive dunkin is better. They always overcook and burn basic stuff like bagels. They always got a attitude like they're being forced to work. They get orders wrong too damn much! Not my first time! just terrible i wouldn't eat here anymore. The hell is wrong with these people!

This Dunkin location is horrible I have seen the managers disrespect there employees on numerous times and they have also gotten my orders wrong each time I have gone there, I've found hair and finger nails in my food and the employees and magnet always smells like BO and never showers I've seen workers scratch themselves and not change there gloves I have also observed that it is a EXTREMELY toxic environment DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION WHAT SO EVER. Edit: I still haven't seen a change at this Duncan so I just got off the phone with a health inspector and gave them this location and I called corporate on this location as well

I was stopping at the Dunkin Donuts on my way to work this morning. I had to use the bathroom and it was locked. I knocked 3 times and there was no answer. When I asked at the counter, I received looks like I was crazy. I waited 10 minutes and no one came to help me. Terrible customer service. I then left for work without using the bathroom or any coffee. Terrible!
Very disorganized. I came in and stayed in front of the front desk for 20 minutes. In that period of time one person showed up and said I’ll be right back. Nobody got back to me. They were serving drive-through. Totally ignored person standing behind the counter. I’m going to different store.

Terrible customer service, they talk street talk and speak badly to the customer, they give the wrong order, the donuts are poorly located, for example, in the Boston Kream area there are the Jely ones and in the Jely area there are the Olds Fashion donuts.

I dread going here. You'll be purposely ignored while 6 people behind the counter gossip amongst eachother. After standing there for 5 mins after my pick up order was half done I had to interrupt their fun conversation and ask for the drink that was never prepared.
