Horrible attitude on workers, and horrible service. Ask for a coffee, said what I would like in it. What I received is the opposite. Milks are combined instead of swapping one out for another, way too much sugar when I asked for less very clearly. No you're welcome, no smile. Meanwhile the workers inside are always arguing, swearing and yelling. I will not be coming back.
EDIT: I came back, hoping things improved. They did not. Still bad attitudes and I was given the wrong sandwich. Nice lol.

Walked in here at 930am on a Sunday. Female worker was screaming and swearing about something. I walked out. Everyone sitting and eating looked uncomfortable. Do your job and stop acting like a loser.

Would rate 0 stars if possible. I personally manage at a dunkin so I know when you actually can’t do something and when you’re just being dismissive and lazy. This crew repeatedly acts lazy. I asked for a pup cup and a side of bacon bc i wanted to make my puppy happy after his vet visit but they just outright told me they didn’t do either of those and I was forced to drive 6 more minutes to go to another dunkin where they actually did their job. This place is ridiculous and I’m sad for the business having to pay these workers to not do their job

They cross contaminated my caramel craze latte with pineapple and I had an allergic reaction because of it. When I called them and asked for the drink to be remade. They refused to listen and told me that it wasn't possible for that to have happened. Even though they sell pineapple drinks. I told them they should wash their dishes to prevent it from happening again and they told me that they would not do so because the cross contamination did not happen. I would advise people to avoid this dunkin if possible. They were extremely rude to me and dismissive.

They would look at us but again no “we’ll be right with you” or anything. After waiting a while we decided to leave and not purchase anything.
