Walked in to get a frozen drink and had to ask for service, but once I got my order, it was perfectly made., thick, on the darker side not too milky and not all ice. Worth calling for assistance.

There must be absolutely no management here. If there is they're really bad at managing this dunkin. The mornings are okay but dont go anytime after noon. The employees are awful. They refuse to take anyone's order and if they do, plan on sitting at the driving thru for at 10 -15min to order and another 10 -15 to get your order. But thats on a good day. Most times they dont say anything, while they are clearly open. Seems the employees here just dont want to work and think they can get away with it because they have been. THEYRE LAZY! they all collecting a paycheck to do nothing. Why even tell a customer you will be with them in a moment and never come back to take their order. Every single employee here has an unpleasant look and demeanor. They act like the customer is causing them more misery by being there. I try not to go to this location but sometimes its hard not too since its right next to the mass pike/ highway entrance. Who ever is the DM for this location needs to fire everyone and re-hire immediately. Oh and the coffee sucks. It tastes like its been sitting in a pot for 5 hours.

Two girls watched me stand there for seven minutes..no service continued there conversation not work related..had to leave 😑 to go through drive through makes no sense not the first time but definitely the last..
Drive through is absolutely horrid, I pulled up and I was third in line 10 minutes later the line finally moved one car.

Store only had small or xtra large cups today 10/19 at apex 1030 am. Would not sell me a large coffee even when I suggested just putting less coffee in xtra large cup. Told me to drive away! Poor customer service.
