Store only had small or xtra large cups today 10/19 at apex 1030 am. Would not sell me a large coffee even when I suggested just putting less coffee in xtra large cup. Told me to drive away! Poor customer service.

Daily dunkin customer here. I have been disappointed with this location at every visit. The food and beverage quality is awful. The kitchen equipment is either defected or their employees need to be trained on how to prepare hot food, because my coffee and sandwich is always cold. Not to mention long wait periods and unfriendly staff. I drive an extra 10 minutes to the ludlow location. Their food quality is phenomenal.

Every time I use this location, first I have to wait without acknowledgement at the order box anywhere from 1-5 mins. No "we'll be right with you" or anything. Today I went, had to repeat my order because instead of actually being ready to punch it in, they assume they can hold it in their heads. Get up to the window and they don't know what coffee I'm waiting on there either. So I say my order a third time. Then they attempt to give me something different. When I ask why my coffee is a small and not a large, the woman says "I don't know I just work the counter". This is just one in a long line of failures, which is unfortunate because it's by the highway and on my way to work. It's ALWAYS something there, and with attitude accompanying their own ineptitude. Called the number and will be speaking to the franchisee, but after 5+ yrs of getting Dunkin practically every day, I think maybe it's time to switch to Starbucks.

This is a great place to go if you like cold, overpriced breakfast sandwiches and bottom of the pot coffee, completed with sprinkle of coffee grounds and whatever they feel like for cream and sugar! ? Also, somehow, 3 out of 4 days in a row, my one donut was placed frosting-side down in the bag. What are the odds? ?♂️

Went at 735 pm and was closed they say open till 8pm fix your hours
So just went to th8s dunkin at 7pm today 5/25 and asked for a simple coffee medium hot made regular she handed me this coffee and it was not even warm like it has been sitting out so I went back around to reorder because they locked the door so nobody could go in and the refused to come on the speaker I will be back there in the morning to complain to the manager DUNKIN Chicopee get your employees right so unprofessional I left my coffee there put it back through the window so they could see it

The customer service was horrible the manager was screaming and yelling at their employees. The employees had no personalities at all rude as hell snatch money out of my hands.Didn't tell me my total was rude handing me my food and my drink.The bathrooms were so dirty that it looked like it had been cleaned in months the toilet in the women's bathroom was broken
