The customer service was horrible the manager was screaming and yelling at their employees. The employees had no personalities at all rude as hell snatch money out of my hands.Didn't tell me my total was rude handing me my food and my drink.The bathrooms were so dirty that it looked like it had been cleaned in months the toilet in the women's bathroom was broken

Everyone I go and get a wrong order asked me 3 times what I wanted I said 2 plain cheese bagels with cream cheese got 2 plain bagels without cream cheese. Called to speak to manager and was told she's busy call back later. This is crazy not the first time it's happened they need to get people who listen instead of screwing up peoplss orders and then the manager doesn't have time to talk I worked in public sector for 43 years and treated people with respect. Don't know what's wrong with this but I go there every week and I never get the order right . Especially when they ask 3 times what you want and still get it wrong and at window I asked again did you get my order 2 plain bagels with cream cheese get home and 2 plain bagels with no cream cheese this is outrageous. Call back to speak to manager she doesn't have time call back later. I don't usually complain but my time and money is precious I wish they would listen instead of talking and fooling around 3 times she asked me how do you want your bagel I said 3 times plain bagels with cream cheese and at the window when I paid I asked again that's 2 plain bagels with cream cheese she said yes get home 2 plain bagels with no cream cheese pls this is ridiculous how hard is to check an order

WHAT HAPPENED TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE?This store has continued to go downhill steadily over the last several months!!!!Chick-fil-A training would be a welcome change at this store with regards as how a customer should be treated as well as pride taken in the quality of the food and presentation.I have been a regular at this store for the past 7+ years now and the customer service at this store has drastically declined. There was a time when i would pull up in the drive thru and the employee would know exactly what i ordered every single day before i said anything juts by paying attention. This was incredibly welcoming every morning knowing that the employees valued the customers and their job to actually pay attention.The employees that handle the drive thru the past several months in particular are extremely rude on a consistent basis and they often times never get the orders correct let alone make the exact same item correctly any consecutive days in a row!Since when are the employees trained to argue with a customer through a drive thru window or worse inside the store? Since when has it become ok for employees of a business to use profanities at or when working around customers?Also, the lack of organization and training of the current drive thru staff is such an embarrassment for the store and the rest of the employees whom are actually doing their jobs correctly. The lack of focus is very apparent here when you can place an order back to back for the exact same food/drink and yet it is drastically different each and every time.Do not get me wrong, there are actually 2, maybe 3 employees here that actually smile, are kind and courteous, and offer all the customer service they can, but the rest of the team that is directly related to dealing with the customers here should be replaced or at the very least, attend Chick-fil-A training on proper customer etiquette.So, as of this morning, I will no longer give my business to this store and will instead go to the ones by my house as opposed to this one which is a mile down the road from my work.I also will continue to post daily on any and all social media platforms to spread the word on this store with hopes of an improvement being made in employee choices with regards to improved customer service and overall improved business growth rather than decline.Good Day!!!

staff was rude. rushing me through my whole order saying “is that it” very rudely. practically demanding my order to be over with. if I could give 0 stars I would!! the lady in the drive through took my whole order and when I pulled up to the window they had no record of my order. i left and made my way to the Dunkin’ Donuts on front street!! recommend them over this nasty place any day
