The cold cut grinder is good but that salami no ...Genoa salami would be way better...think about that...best pizza in springfield uses that same salami it just taste off...think about Genoa salami

It was my first visit, and I'm from oit of town. The place looked good. The server was nice. They got our pizza order mixed up with another person's, and they made us a whole new pizza. When the bill came, the manager didn't charge us for pizza!! How awesome was that. I will definitely return on my next visit.

We had had food from their previous place a couple of times but were not very impressed except for the pizza. But last Thursday we decided to try them again and WOW. The whole family LOVED LOVED IT!!! The food…pizza…service… AMAZING. The only thing is do not expect to watch TV. NO TV ?. Family time??Kid-friendliness: Good for the whole family
I ordered delivery twice now. The first time was a fish n chips dinner with sweet potato fries as an extra. The fish and fries were well portioned. Tartar sauce was excellent and i never liked tartar before. The sweet potato fries were well overcooked and mostly black. The second time i ordered i got a 16 inch turkey sub with onion rings and a sweet potato fries. I mentioned it to the hostess on the phone that the last one was way over cooked and she took care of it. This time they were absolutely perfect. They were so good i practically ate the box myself lol. She took my order and everything went fine. I look forward to visiting the restaurant very soon. Finely. I place worth ordering from!!! I have been coming here since they have first opened, from what was once a dingy dive bar with a checkered reputation remodeled into now what is an expansion of beloved Chicopee’s Falls Pizza. They have certainly made strides into being my favorite growing up now as a young adult from being here in its first week with much opportunity, with now my amazing partner years later, i hope and pray they continue to take innovation and to always remember to maintain that wonderful family aspect in broad perspective. The food is outstanding, i definitely wish they would bring back some of their awesome burgers and other items from the old menu, i can see that taking stride over summer, pizza has always been fantastic and will be taking one of their frozens to go. Now from my personal experience, staff has always been polite, courteous, and to the tea with customers and the service brought, very welcoming and should be appreciated and given the patience as such and then some. Overall along with the modern and generic atmosphere (not a bad thing, very comfy and stylish imo) I definitely throw this at a 9.8Kid-friendliness: As i say with every establishment, keep an eye on your children and parent them as you should, as someone with a two year old, i know its my responsibility to ensure a somewhat ongoing atmosphere without letting things get out of control
Haven’t actually visited falls but have ordered many times in the last month for just at home, when hosting parties and more. Every time it’s so good no matter what we get. At the party, people loved the pizza! Tonight my mom was debating take out and we told her no question, Falls! She ordered and just sent me a picture and is very happy with it. Thank you falls for always being consistent and delicious, you’re our go to now!
Food is delicious. But the restaurant is no longer allowing substitutions. They can only "add or take off" items now.So if you want Broccoli over Spanich, you're looking at a $3.50 upchage and if you want one meat instead of another, you're looking at a $7 upcharge per item. ((For a party size))And even when you do purchase the upcharge/substitution. The portion doesn't come anywhere near to matching the cost.Great place for food if you have a big budget.

First time. Mold under the parm shaker lid. Left it mold side up on the bar for the bartender to see. As I was leaving I saw her screwing the moldy lid back on. Eat here if you want to get sick.

Just ordered six piece boneless wings, burnt to a crisp and the portion to feed a five-year-old for 10 bucks. This place is overpriced and the quality is among the worst this will be the last time I order from here!
Food & service was okay. More of a bar setting music was way too loud, and even when no one else was there, it couldn't be turned down ? otherwise clean.

We had such a wonderful time at the bar tonight. The service was impeccable, our food was delicious, and the drinks were great. Reasonable food prices with quality ingredients. Such a nice spot!

Nice and clean place, large selection of drinks and foods. We had the house special pizza and the steak chimichurri, garlic fries are little over powering but still delicious, curly fries were good also . The service was great from the minute we walked in. Would definitely return.
