I decided to give Five Guys a second chance. I had previously visited one of their locations during a trip to Orlando and didn’t enjoy it at all — I actually preferred Shake Shack.
During my visit to Massachusetts, I found out there were no Shake Shack locations nearby, so I figured it was time to give Five Guys another try.
I have to admit, I didn’t completely hate the experience this time, but there’s still something about it that just doesn’t fully win me over. The food was decent, but it still lacks that wow factor for me.

Giving this place 4 stars because generally I've had a good experience ordering food from here. The food is always hot/tastes good. I've only had one issue w an incorrect order before and even tho management eventually provided gift cards for the inconvenience, they were pretty reluctant to at first...it was also the only option they were willing to offer because they refused to provide a refund.
