If there were zero stars I would Put zero! I have REPEATEDLY ordered from Friendlys in the Chicopee store and every single time they forget one of my icecreams. This time, I wrote under notes THERE ARE 6 ICECREAMS just to be clear!!! But even with that… they only sent 5. I have 4 kids.. why do they always have stay without??? Seriously! Then I call, and the “manager” states I HAVE TO call DoorDash and find a driver to come back! Really? And there’s isn’t anything else they can do! Yes I was mad!! This isn’t the first time, and I’m SURE it has happened plenty of times!! I think 6 Is too many ice creams for them to handle! Tell your GM I WAS RUDE, BECAUSE I ASKED FOR SOME Type of SOLUTION besides me doing THEIR job in finding someone else to bring the ice cream. Oh, and when I mentioned I’m not paying another tip she said I don’t need to tip them!! Really? I’m sure that’s ok with the driver!! Thanks Manager!! WAY TO GO FRIENDLYS!! Do better!

Being that this is the only friendlys in town i come here a lot. On this certain day i was sick and decided to DoorDash some ice cream. When i open it i knew it was wrong because i had asked for certain ingredients to not be used and they were. I called the restaurant and who I’m going to assume is the manager answered and i told her my situation. She pulled my receipt back up , apologized and said she can re make it for me and i said perfect I’ll be there in a few mins. I go thru the whole process. I get home start to eat it and it was still wrong it’s like they just gave me what ever ice creams just to please me.
Honestly it’s just ice cream but what i do recommend is if there is a customer coming in for a remake or something was wrong with their order then please make sure that they get what they want. It’s very unsettling to know even tho you express your concern the first time it’s still wrong and even after it’s corrected.

Find nuts in the ice cream with an allergy to nuts. Call the manager and she refuses to help just says “sorry, sorry”. Rude can’t wait to hear back from corporate.

I had to leave drive thru sat 1/25/2025 @about 6:30 pm you have an employee working the drive thru that was very sarcastic and rude rushing me out of the speaker left me with no Choice but to drive off with nothing.
Online order for ice cream was made correctly with all modifications. Made for an awesome Friday night

Ordered tomato soup got clam chowder. Ordered bacon double cheeseburger got a single burger no bacon. Fries were cold, waitress forgot my coke. This chain is a ghost of what it once was. Will all be gone within 10 years. Such a shame.
