I did not have a good experience, ordered dinner to be delivered , upon receiving food it was cold!! The lettuce was old and the guacamole was tasteless, Who wants to eat cold food!! (Not me), they forgot to put the wraps in our delivery order( not acceptable) 😒 ... We called them they did not even apologize, sad when your paying and are expecting to eat a hot meal... what a disappointment 😞 The only positive thing was it was delivered on time!!

I came in and ordered two chicken chimichangas with refried beans and rice. One with the pepprs and onions and one was just a chicken and cheese. But that's not what I got. The one that was supposed to be chicken and cheese had beef and cheese. Although it was good, I paid $20 plus for each dinner and didn't get what I paid for. From here on do I have to cut into the meal to verify my order I paid for???? Your charging a lot for a smaller than it used to be chimichanga and some rice and beans. I might as well just start going to Taco Bell again.

Stopped here on our way back from a trip. Friendly staff greeted us and sat us immediately. Right away we were brought a good size basket of tortilla chips and salsa. This place is updated and is richly decorated in bright Mexican decor. Even the bathroom where they have beautiful bowl sinks. Our waitress spoke good English and was friendly and attentive. Their lunch menu is good until 3:00. We arrived at 2:45. I got the combo plate of 3 choices, tamale, chicken enchilada, and a chicken chimichanga. They are generous with the chicken. I could only eat half of my meal. (I ate too many chips and salsa.)My partner got the chicken quesadilla with rice and refried beans. Everything was good. We also ordered the guacamole made at our table. He asked if I'd like mango in it. I love mango. It was excellent. I highly recommend it.

I goto frontera in Springfield and Manchester all the time .. a regular .. love the atmosphere usually and margaritas are not watered down .. but I went here for the first time the Chicopee one .. I felt like I was eating dinner at my house or something … I didn’t like it .. there was no music playing at all .. usually at restaurants you will hear music and it’s loud .. they had those people going around that will play music but they hardly did it .. and was left with no music most of the dinner .. if you want to have fun go to the other fronteras …
