Had breakfast at this fall themed quaint restaurant for the first time. The veggie omelet was delicious and home fries seasoned perfectly along with my English muffin. Coffee served hot in a cute mug and waitress friendly and attentive. Cash only but they have an ATM on site. Lunch specials available as well. Lots of tea choices if you are a tea lover. I’ll be back!

Great little local place to get good, straight forward breakfast/lunch food. Best part of our trip to the Springfield, MA area. The service was also great. Very personable and gave great recommendations on activities around the area. Will definitely come again and recommend to others.

Awesome food, legendary service! My husband and I loved our grilled cheese, BLT, tuna salad, chili, stuffed pepper soup, and orange spice tea with strawberries. We're already counting the days 'til we come back 💫

We love this place. My husband and I came here four months ago, and we couldn't wait to come back. We don't live in the area; we're from South Bend, Indiana, and we're just driving through on our way to Harvard for one of my classes. Creatures of habit, we ordered the same thing we loved last time: grilled cheese with a cup of stuffed roasted pepper soup, tuna fish sandwich with a cup of roasted pepper soup, a cup of orange and spice tea, and a cup of wild raspberry tea. The food and tea were awesome. Sadly, some guy came by here, parked illegally (blocking other customers from backing out), complained when asked nicely to move his vehicle, and then he had the nerve to leave a one-star review. He wasn't even coming to the café; he was going to the convenience store next door. Please don't pay attention to his review. This place is a must dine. And the owner and staff here are welcoming, friendly, and accommodating -- we're an interracial gay married couple with purple-dyed hair (people aren't always nice to us), and we had a great experience. We traveled, out of our way, on the way to Harvard just to come here, and we're counting the days until we can come back.

First time visit for the 4 of us for lunch (based on reviews). It was not crowded and we got a table and were served right away. Our server was very nice and pleasant. The food was all freshly made and was delicious. It's really nice to find a local place with good food at a reasonable price, especially for us retired folks. Hopefully will go back soon to checkout breakfast!

My boyfriend and I had came here for brunch, the cook was immediately rude . He got there first and when he walked in ,stood at the door waiting to be seated ( it was our first time there, and he wasn't aware that it was self seating) and was rudely asked if he was staying or going by the cook. The pricing is absolutely absurd, especially when they're opening canned food and boxes of sausages from walmart . Charging 5 dollars for 2 scoops of corned beef hash, for 3 sausages it was $4.50 that come from the banquet box. You can buy a bag of 60 links for 6.98 at wlamart. Charging $4.50 for 3 sausage links is disgusting. I wanted ham with my breakfast, i was met with wet pack sliced deli meat ham seared on both sides. My breakfast came with a coffee and one free refill( automaticlly), his was a lunch special which on the menu says all come with French fries and one canned soda. I didn't want my coffee so he drank it, and the waitress refused to give him his soda because he drank my coffee and rung it up that way, he never got his drink because he drank my coffee instead , not to mention theyre charging 3.50 almost 4 dollars for a 12oz canned soda . Our breakfast was a total of 50 dollars with a 15 dollar tip, 65 dollars for a breakfast is astronomical especially when nothing cooked was homemade, it was either from a can or box ! A gentleman ordered a tuna melt and they opened a canned of bumble bee tuna and squirted mayonnaise and slapped cheese on it and charged 12 dollars, it doesnt even cost 12 dollars to make tuna melts . Go anywhere but here, Evans egg house in Ludlow would absolutely never. We will never be returning to this place again.
