Today was my first time ever been to this restaurant. As soon as walk up to order our food the staff was very welcoming.He explained how to order and explain some of the food on the menu.one thing I love is how clean the work station is and every thing looks fresh.I went with the grill cheese and the was very very taste 😋.I will definitely coming back. Thanks to these 3 staff members for the awesome service Krystal ,Damone ,Julia they were amazing today!

Hot table is one of my absolute favorite places to dine in or take out their delicious food. Everything is always fresh. The staff is always extremely helpful and friendly. Their restaurant is always clean and welcoming. I would go out of town to find a hot table and I am thrilled that I have a hot table in my own town now. Thank you for making our community complete.
I really like their paninis. Unfortunately they missed that I needed no tomato or onions on my order so it ruined my dinner. I'll have to look at the order before leaving next time.

Food is always made fresh and for the most part it’s made exactly how we wanted it. Occasionally they may have skimped or forgot an ingredient but that’s ok considering they’re SOOOO much better than other fast food restaurants. The staff are always nice and answer any questions throughly without giving attitude or the excuse “ I don’t know” unlike other fast food restaurants where they ignore me and then not have enough common sense and decency to ask a co worker or their boss for the answer. These are young and older adults who should be capable of figuring things out but they’re too lazy or just don’t get it. Maybe lack of training? Who knows… Anywho, Hot Table hires smart and reliable employees with common sense and people who actually want to work, all while doing a great job! I will say prices are a little high so we don’t eat here as much as we would like but the quality is great! I like how they give double the points on Tuesdays but would be even greater if they had that perk more than once a week. All in all, we are satisfied with the quality, the variety’s they offer and employees. Lastly, the fact they pour the milkshakes when you arrive when placing online orders instead of before so it sits there to melt, is wicked great! Especially with the fresh whipped cream and cherry on top :) I wish more places did that. I don’t order milkshakes too often but when I do it’s a nice treat! I do wish they came in different sizes.

We did a mobile to go order. Food was delicious. Staff at window were very pleasant. This is a very convenient place because it's so near the places we shop. Would go again. And they have gluten free options available.
