Tried John's for the first time a couple of weeks ago. My husband and I got a couple of sandwiches. Darlene was our waitress she was fantastic! We made a reservation to do a little lunch graduation party for my son. The food was incredible, the pizza is the best I have had in western MA, the restaurant is clean, Darlene went above and beyond!! If your looking for good pizza or authentic Italian food definitely give John's a try you won't be disappointed! A+++

I have been going to and getting delivery from John’s for decades. Eating in since after the pandemic. It was the first place I ate when restaurants opened up outside. I finally realized how much better the food was eating it fresh. So since then, I have been going for lunch. Once a week. I usually have the chicken Marsala lunch ($9.99), which includes a salad. John sold the business a few years ago. My first Marsala after he sold left a lot to be desired. I told the waitress. John was still helping out so the next time I came in it was perfect. And has continued to be wonderful. You should give John’s a shot. Highly recommended.

I went to go get my car fixed down at Maxx used tires. This place was just a walk down the street, very convenient. Me and my wife walked in. We was able to seat ourself. We ended up ordering the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich and the pastrami sandwich and they were absolutely delicious. I ended up putting a ranch on my Buffalo, Chicken Sandwich and it was dripping delicious, good Definitely gonna go back and bring friends to as well. They give us an abundant amount of fries too, and the fries are really good.

I have to say my last 2 delivery orders were great. Ordered meat tortilla Alfredo and it was delish. Today I tried the garlic parmesan chicken wings. Again great! I will for sure be a regular customer.

I had stopped for lunch at this restaurant about seven years ago when I was traveling to Springfield/Chicopee on business and I remember having a very good meal. I went there again today for the first time since my last visit and it was excellent! The lunch specials were great, the portions were generous, the server was pleasant and attentive, and the food was delicious! I had chicken parm with penne and the meal came with a salad and some Italian bread. The menu is broad and the ambiance of the place evokes the type of old-fashioned small Italian restaurant that doesn't seem to be around any more. I am looking forward to eating here again when I next travel to the Springfield area!

They have the best pizza around. I absolutely love the new owners. My sister, mom and I go there weekly for pizza, and I ordered delivery tonight. Everyone from the waitresses, the owners and the delivery drivers are awesome. They're so nice. They're attentive and the food is fabulous. I cannot recommend them more.

Absolutely delicious Chicken Marsala! The chicken was tender, the mushroom wine sauce was rich and flavorful, and the portion size was perfect. One of the best Italian dishes I’ve had in a while highly recommend
I used to love the food here before it was sold. Since it’s been sold I’ve tried a few times.. the first pizza was good the second not so much so, next time ordered grinders, the pepperoni grinder barely had any pepperoni on it let alone sauce. The cheeseburger grinder I requested Mayo, lettuce, tomato, onions and pickle.. it came with no pickle, the cheese was just laying on top not melted and it wasn’t heated at all. 2 thumbs down for me!

Asked for onions on my combo no onions. Pizza very doughy,chewy,and I asked for crispy. Wings were underwhelming. And it was over 70 for a party size and a 25 piece wings ? First time and last! Wish Salerno was still open on the weekends ?

been ordering here for years. l know there are new owners but..last 3 pizzas ordered were covered in grease toppings slid off. Dough was like mush. I used to order every week now need new choice..Disappointed.. grinders are ok
