They have the best pizza around. I absolutely love the new owners. My sister, mom and I go there weekly for pizza, and I ordered delivery tonight. Everyone from the waitresses, the owners and the delivery drivers are awesome. They're so nice. They're attentive and the food is fabulous. I cannot recommend them more.

I used to love the food here before it was sold. Since it’s been sold I’ve tried a few times.. the first pizza was good the second not so much so, next time ordered grinders, the pepperoni grinder barely had any pepperoni on it let alone sauce. The cheeseburger grinder I requested Mayo, lettuce, tomato, onions and pickle.. it came with no pickle, the cheese was just laying on top not melted and it wasn’t heated at all. 2 thumbs down for me!

Asked for onions on my combo no onions. Pizza very doughy,chewy,and I asked for crispy. Wings were underwhelming. And it was over 70 for a party size and a 25 piece wings ? First time and last! Wish Salerno was still open on the weekends ?

I have been eating at John's for many years. I ordered a pizza tonight not knowing they changed ownership. The pizza was good but I was disappointed that it wasn't a John's pizza. Their crust was my favorite out of all the other places I have tried and it definitely is not the same. Not to mention the hike in price. Service was good though

****UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP**** BewareI ordered a Philly & cheese with fries. It cost $18.15. The steak barely covered covered the bread. The meat had no flavor. The roll was literally wet with grease. The fries were soaked with grease. I used to be a 2x's a week customer. I will never eat there again. This is only my opinion, sad, but honest...
The "salad" was brown lettuce, one cucumber, one grape tomato. The alfredo was extremely wet and the portion size is much smaller. It was pretty flavorless and needed so much salt just to be palatable. We also ordered a bacon cheeseburger with NOTHING on it. It came with NO bacon, slathered in mayonnaise and with tomatoes. It had so much mayo on it, the bun was unsalvageable and we had to use a bun we had in the house. Unfortunately this is no longer the Johns we knew and loved. We had been holding off getting takeout since he sold because we were afraid it was going to change and it definitely has, we won't ever be back.

Ordered by phone for pickup. The order was for 2 Chicken Marsala both with extra ziti extra Marsala sauce. I was told 30 minutes. My daughter went to pick it up 30 minutes later and waited another 30 minutes totaling over a hour. She got home and the order was completely wrong. They sent a side of linguine Alfredo, a side of chicken parm, chicken Marsala with no ziti and one salad instead of 2. I called and explained what I got and what I ordered. The SAME person who took my order was the same person on the phone when I called and said I was coming back. Not only did they NOT have my correct order ready when I got there, they hadn’t even started it! Then he proceeded to tell me there were 2 salads there(which there wasn’t). And I said,” I don’t care about the salads I want the food I ordered “. Finally got the food and they threw in a 2 liter bottle of Coke. Got back home AGAIN and the Coke was already opened with at least a full glass missing. Also, never got the “extra” pasta I paid for. Got about a half cup of ziti. Even though I confirmed the order again before I left. $56 dollars is not a cheap order. I’d post pics if I could. I will never go here again.

Traveled to Chicopee and landed on this hidden gem ?. 1 hour before their close for the business day, we arrived at John's Pizzeria, Greeting by a Lovely waitress NICOLE who had been there 18 years. She was very attentive to the small details of our order. The salad ? was perfect and the pizza was Delicious!! Excellent service and great atmosphere. This is def on my radar when Im in town again? 1 topping Sm pizza ? $14 10 inches and 8 sm slices 1 Large garden salad was ?$8 2 glasses of Moscato was? $11
