I was disappointed to to the fact that i asked mashed potato with gravy and when i got home there no gravy. He did not verify with me about my order. Since i am soft spoken, it would’ve been great if he repeated my order. So no, i didn’t enjoy my meal since i spent almost $50. For that i would love to eat at Texas Roadhouse!

They do not know what a breast is. They do not know what a thigh. Combo of 4 pieces, and they gave 1 wing and 3 legs when they charged me for the breast. I returned 3 times to the drive-thru to request the change, and they continued putting the wrong pieces. Also I order for a water, they charged me for the bottle and gave me a cup. The third time, the guy of the window put his hands in my order. They took out the thigh and put the breast, giving me the 4 pieces touched by him. Discussing!!!!! $15.15 for a cup of water , 1 breast, and 3 wings.

It is a miracle and only by the grace of God that this place is still in business. I have had so many issues over the years ordering from here, that I've lost count. My kids wanted KFC and here we're. I placed an order online (Order #89551436) on 01/26/24 at 7PM and went to the restaurant to pick it up. Walking through the door I held my breath in anticipation of the horror to come. The employee sitting on the counter hopped off and asked if they could help me. She wasn't friendly at all and I could tell by her mood that she didn't want to be there anymore than I did. I explained that I was picking up an online order and told her my name. She handed me my order and I headed home. After returning home I began sorting through the food and immediately knew something was missing. I determined that the restaurant forgot to provide me with an 8 piece chicken tender and large fry. So off I went back all the way down to KFC on Memorial Drive. Mind you I live in South Hadley heading towards Atkins Farm (Great place BTW). I arrived at the store and as I walked through the door the same employee hopped off the counter and again asked me if she could help me. I explained the mix-up on my order and told her the items that I was missing and she immediately claimed that everything was put in the bag. We went back and forth a few times as if it were a debate but what she didn't realize was that it wasn't because my damn food wasn't in the bag. I wouldn't drive ALL THE WAY BACK to KFC Chicopee to if I had received everything that I ordered. She went to the back and came out with my 8 piece tender and large fry. She placed the bag down in front of me and walked back over to drive thru to again sit on the counter, lol. It's just mind boggling, how this establishment wants you can pay a premium price for subpar food. As a customer the employees make you feel as if you're a bother to them and they expect you to make two trips to pick up your food. Meanwhile what food I did get on the first trip is at home getting cold. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the trouble, stay away !!

Didn’t even get to eat there as they insisted I use order kiosks that didn’t work and wouldn’t do anything once I told them they weren’t working. Horrible corporate policy that does nothing to promote customer service even when the kiosks are

Ordered a 12 piece crispy chicken family meal $42. We were given a mix of original and crispy. It was dry, greasy chicken that clearly had been sitting there a while. Disappointed.

They are changing up how you order. They have a self order and pay screen at the entry. It is a little confusing at 1st, but we figured it out. The portion sizes have definitely have gotten smaller and the chicken wasn't as flavorable as it used to be.

This location is usually on point. Clean bathrooms and dining room. It's still just a KFC. You get what you get if there clueless to the difference of white and dark meat.

Everytime I go there I get a chicken breast meal. Eather they run out of the chicken breasts or the chicken breasts skins are all shriveled up and greasy and feel like they are all wet. Then they don't tell you that they ran out of chicken breasts. They gave me 2 tiny chicken wings. The meal comes with one breast and a biscuit. But I always buy an extra breast and 2 extra biscuits. Then i gotta go all the way back and argue with them that i paid for 2 chicken breasts and 2 extra biscuits and not 2 chicken wings and one biscuit. When I said I wanted to talk to the manager, they apologized and said they would give me 6 extra wings. They grabbed my box, opened it and dumped the chicken in the trash. Then when I got home to eat, I only had 2 chicken wings in the box and one biscuit. So again I got ripped off. So make sure you always check your food before you leave. No I won't recommend this place to anyone. I'd tell them about all the bad experiences I have
