The floors and very greasy! The lady's bathroom smells nasty like sewage. It does not matter the time of day it always smells bad! I no longer use the restroom or eat there. The smell is out in the dining area near the rest rooms. The music is ridiculous loud.

Cold stale buns on MC chicken and big Mac.. No salt on fries. No mayo on MC chicken. Apparently they now put tomato on the MC chicken. No napkins. No receipt. 16 minutes in drive thru with 4 cars ahead of me after using app. Total garbage. Do better!

Typically takes too long to be served after you order. There's unfortunately only ever a handful of workers and long lines at peak times. It could be better but will do in a pinch.

It was literally the worst McDonald’s I have ever been two they made me pull up to a spot to have their “system say they did a good job with each person!” I hated every moment of this and how inconvenient and unbelievable.

Went thru the drive thru my son ordered the $6 mcdouble meal no onions, the chicken nugget box was filled with something that looked like ketchup with no nuggets!!! And they made the burger wrong! It was pretty gross and we didn't end up eating that night c that was all the $ I had and we live far away.

Noone attending the drive thru on a Saturday night. Waited 10 minutes and got nothing. Went to window, no one there. A few folks were inside. Just close the place if you can't find workers.
Waited 13 minutes for a DoorDash order. Couple next to me, waited 15 minutes for their order. And the guy who just walked in the door and just ordered got his in 1 minute. I said they deserve a refund as I finally got my DoorDash order 14 minutes late. I gotta say it's a clean store, but no damn clue. What customer service is

Horrible, horrible service! They couldn’t even make a snack wrap right. End of my shift I like a snack wrap I go to all the McDonald’s, they gave me chicken under cooked tasted like rubber was so hot it made lettuce turn brown and cheese stuck to everything like glue. I literally spit it out on my snack wrap wrapper. It was the worse experience I’ve had yet at any McDonalds. Time was 7.22pm so not sure if it’s end of there shift and they don’t care but no one should be served what they gave me!

Hey come here and I order one coffee in every other time I have to pull up and wait for it on the side of the building. Is that when they finally bring it out it's made wrong!!! Like seriously?! How hard is it to keep the coffee pot full or remember a simple coffee order or remember how to read it off of screen!?
