Disgusting employees couldn't be bothered to do their job. Rude and no matter how many times you say it they will screw up the order. ALSO if your not Hispanic plan on being waited on last. They will take other people's orders first. This is for 1460 memorial drive in Chicopee restaurant. Stay away

Had a quarter pounder and fries. Had to wait almost 10 minutes after ordering. The burgers were not as tasty as I remember them from a few years ago....too bland for me.
The order taker in drive thru was friendly but the fries were nasty either the oil needs to be changed or they took the fries and recooked them had no salt and we're disgusting my mcdouble had no onions!

This place was the worst McDonald's I have ever walked into, trash everywhere you looked. On the floor, drink bar, tables were dirty and if I hadn't told my son he could play we would have walked right out. To top it all off as we were leaving a customer was cleaning what she thought was dog poop 💩 💩 💩 off the floor... nope when I went to bathroom there was poop smeared all over stall, floor ect. So poor lady was picking up human crap off the floor by the counter.

Dude working the drive through pouring random substances into cups. Thinking no one saw him. We saw you and threw out the soda. Today (9/21/2025) @ 10:50 pm. Light skin hispanic in the drive through poured something wierd from another cup into my cup. Thinking I didnt see. Nasty. Check your cameras McDonald's. If you dont like your job, quit. Don't try to poison people.

Everytime I come here in the afternoon with my kids I am greeted by a dude with long hair and another who I think is a manger with a bull cut. They are so friendly and make my food fresh. They always stress to the kitchen about my dairy allergy because lord knows I can’t have one sliver of cheese or else their bathroom would be blown up. But yea amazing service amazing food this is the BEST MCDONALDS IN CHICOPEEE!!!!
