My grandsons favorite McDonald's, it has a play place were he makes friends with other kids. I love this McDonald's they are always friendly attentive, exact, and accurate. Always clean and their food is always Hot. All the crew members are super friendly and caring even when taking a food order from a kid.

This has to be the worst McDonald's ever. The kids that work there have their ear buds in and are swearing at each other and when you tell them they got your order wrong they are rude like you did something wrong. The manager definitely doesn't care either.

I usually like this spot and they usually do a good job, but I went The day after the big snowstorm and that was a big mistake. I’m more writing this review so that the owners can realize the importance of making sure everyone can come to work. I was told that there was only one kitchen staff and I have worked at this McDonald’s myself as a teen teenager.
I am not exaggerating when I say I waited in line for 40 minutes. I entered at 12:40 and I left at 2:20. On top of this, I was told to repeat my order at the window as they definitely didn’t have my order and then I get two double cheeseburgers that aren’t the ones that I requested because these have no onions and I ordered regular double cheese.
On top of that, these double cheeseburgers have been re-microwaved right before given to me. I know this because the cheese stuck to the paper is from being microwaved. It tasted re heated as well. I’m really offended that I was received this order and I sincerely hope that this reaches the right people to let them know the importance of making sure you have enough staff otherwise corners will be cut like this one. If enough people can’t make it to work you might as well shut the restaurant down for the day. It beats getting angry complaints like this all day. I feel bad for the staff who are probably just trying to do their best. I see one girl out there still walking to cars outside slipping and sliding. The owners and the managers need to do better to make sure their employees are well off, they do not get paid enough to be doing this. This is why my burgers sucked, not because of any employee, I do not blame them. Thankyou.

Went for breakfast with my husband today, they had us pull up and we waited about ten minutes only to get burnt hard sandwiches we couldn’t even bite into, bread was stale also. Hash browns were soggy. we also told them at the window when they asked us to move forward to please make sure ketchup was in the bag, it wasn’t. Terrible service everytime we go to this location. Every single time it’s “pull up” just to get inedible food
