My grandsons favorite McDonald's, it has a play place were he makes friends with other kids. I love this McDonald's they are always friendly attentive, exact, and accurate. Always clean and their food is always Hot. All the crew members are super friendly and caring even when taking a food order from a kid.

Everytime I come here in the afternoon with my kids I am greeted by a dude with long hair and another who I think is a manger with a bull cut. They are so friendly and make my food fresh. They always stress to the kitchen about my dairy allergy because lord knows I can’t have one sliver of cheese or else their bathroom would be blown up. But yea amazing service amazing food this is the BEST MCDONALDS IN CHICOPEEE!!!!

This is one of those real McDonald's s like they all used to be. Great food, fast and friendly service with a smile. Been coming to it for over two years and they've never messed up an order.
