Worst McDonalds around. I promise you driving the extra 5 minutes to another location will save you more time and stress than going to this one. We got pulled for a small order. (I used to work for McDonalds so I know the wait shouldn't have been as long as it was.) They come out, and forgot our drink and fries. So we let the girl know and her response was “did you have two fries? Pretty sure I put it in there” and I told her she can look in the bag, it’s not there. then a different worker comes out with our drink, but no fries. So we wait another 5 minutes to get a have full, barely cooked fries.

This is possibly the worst McDonald's in the USA. I have received poor service probably 19 out the 20 times I've been here. Tonight I was in drive thru for over 20 mins, the kid who takes your money vanished, then they had to switch over drawer, then I had to pull up, then she lied to me about item in bag, then I had to go in, then they forgot a fry, then they gave me 2 mcchickesn instead of the 2 chesseburgs, then the sprite was like seltzer was not sprite. They should not be open and taking people's money! That place is Robbery!

Just go to memorial drive if possible. I only come because it’s the closest McDonald’s near me. Everytime I go I get pulled into a spot and wait 5 minutes after only ordering a hamburger and fry ?. No one can say anything to you at the window or when bringing you your food they will just stare at you, and how hard is it too put pickles on a hamburger ?? Everytime I order one I get one singular pickle instead of the two it’s supposed to come with. This time I didn’t even get any on my burger?

Waited on a meal for 20 minutes and a gentleman was there before me and no meal he trying asking questions but these employees they have should get more training even the managers and explain what's going on and not just turn there backs on couple of ppl waiting on line and you don't do that ?.. in this place customer is never

Cold burger tasted like it was from lunch time or yesterday maybe lol i will be checking closely from now on ..i spend money all the time with and have for a very long time as a life long chicopee resident i and others like me deserve better
