I love Moes, I live down the street and go there often. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but there’s this one lady who is so rude. It wasn’t just the first time, there’s been a few. Anytime you ask for something on your taco she roles her eyes. Her attitude really sucks. I always tip everywhere I go but I just couldn’t bring myself to tip her. I tipped the other lady that served my husband. I understand it’s fast food but you’re also working for tips and that just not a way to make them. The whole room feels that vibe.

So there Friar was broken and didn't have chips or couldn't make any of the hard toco part for the Stack so they Compromised and use something else and it was wonderful and there are super nice would be come a normal here

I came in to moes 3/24/22 a little after 1pm, there was a man an a woman working. They were busy due to multiple orders from two customers ahead of me, and a bunch of online orders to fill. You could see the fast pace they were working to keep everyone moving in and out quickly. I wanted to say they slammed out lunch rush, took care of everything and even had the place clean. They both deserve some recognition for their hard work.

My family and I travel a lot and on Sundays we will often stop at Moes because we like their food and they offer a free kids meal with each adult meal on Sundays. Well we have three boys and after spending a fortune everywhere else it’s good to know a company like Moes offers a deal to families. We were traveling back from Boston and stopped here at this one. When my wife asked for our food and a tall white guy acted super annoyed with us and our free kids meals and I even heard him complaining to the customer behind us about our “free meals”. Idk if it was coming out of his paycheck or what but I think next time I’ll just keep driving.

There is absolutely no flavor and barely had chicken … I asked for chipotle ranch and didn’t get any. When I asked them to cut it they gave an excuse about it being too messy and ended up plopping it in another tortilla that was cold. The employees had lots of conversation about the manager and customers instead of being attentive to us. Terrible experience. It was my first time trying this place and I’d NEVER eat here again. Chipotle is better.

I hate writing a bad review here but I felt like I had to here. I put in an online order at 11:24 for a stack, the expected pick up time was for 11:39. I showed up for 11:39, my food wasn’t ready because they were short which was completely understandable, I was expecting like 10 mor minutes probably. So here I am waiting till 12:07 when I finally get my food. People who came in after me were served first, I never got any sort of apology for the 40+ min wait and they forgot the beans in my stack. I gave 3 stars though cause I don’t normally have a bad experience here and the food was still pretty good, but I kinda wanted to give 2. Next time though I’m just gonna cancel my order, this was kinda annoying.
