Excellent food quality! I've never had an incorrect or poorly made order. When you order from here expect consistency. I love that the food is not greasy at all. And the oil they do cook with is clean! You can taste the quality. This restraunt is highly underrated and deserves more buisness.

Our fave in the area! We’ve been eating here for over 15 years and always had great food and friendly customer service:)
Hands-down, some of the best food I’ve had in Massachusetts so far. P.S Remember, this is my opinion.

I pre-order my food and paid . I then had to wait 1 hour to get my food on new years night . what a ride to sit and wait . Food was good and the order was right and the other people waiting were in good spirits or drunk . Happy Happy

Yesterday December 24, 2025 my family ordered food from here online early in the day. Our total was $150, there was a lot of food. Afraid it would be made early and cold by the arranged pickup time, I arrived early. We waited only 15 minutes past the scheduled time as probably twenty people came to claim their orders and 20 others were waiting also. Our food was cooked to perfection! Many of us had never eaten there before but were so happy with their order, they said they will definitely go back again. I'm happy because this place was my suggestion. Well done to this hard working and dedicated staff!

I grew up ordering from this restaurant my entire life. And I used to tell everyone about how amazing the food was. It WAS the best chinese food restuarant around.
In recent years the quality has plummeted.
Portion size of the main dish on the meal I just purchased is HALF the size it used to be.
The general tso chicken is between 70 and 80% breading.
They only have one redeeming thing, the fried rice is still the best around.
Min Mins in south hadley has way better food. With the exception of their rice.
This was the last time I'll ever purchase anything there.

some of the best Chinese food in the area, cant really go wrong with anything on the menu. Vegetarian options are incredible(even though I'm not a vegetarian) and the crab Rangoon is by far the best in the valley. Highly recommend for anyone in the area.

Overall Experience:
Absolutely disgusting. This place has been going downhill for years, and it’s now a complete disaster. I’d honestly rather pay extra for delivery from farther away than waste money here again.
Portions:
The portions are tiny, nothing like they used to be. Definitely not worth the money.
Food Quality:
Boneless Ribs: Dry, bland, and not even warm. Almost tastes spoiled, with no sauce to help.
Egg Roll: Used to be my favorite, but now literally white instead of golden like every other egg roll I’ve had. I don’t know what they do differently, but it’s definitely not worth it — I wouldn’t even eat it if someone paid me to.
Chicken Noodle Soup: Terrible.
No.3 (Egg Roll, Boneless Ribs, Goldfingers, Pork Fried Rice): Dry ribs, bland rice, and only one soy sauce packet. Goldfingers were flavorless.
Crab Rangoon: Half empty and has a weird taste.
Bottom Line:
Save your money. Don’t bother here — Ichiban down the road actually has quality food.

I ordered chicken teriyaki, beef broccoli, and geneal tao's chicken. They all taste great. Chicken teriyaki are served in sticks and very tasty. Tao's chicken tastes like orange chicken and my son loves it.
They provided complimentary fried noodle sticks that look like French fries right after we sat down. Very good service and good food with great price!

I was in the mood for hot egg drop soup on a rainy day. Not many Chinese restaurants open on Mondays so no other option. Figured I would go back since I haven’t been in a while. Mistake.
Chicken fingers were soggy, no crunch at all and lukewarm.
Egg drop soup had odd after taste not sure what it was. Corn starch maybe?🤔
‘Boneless iribs’ were dry and tasteless. I use quotes because to call them ribs is a huge overstatement. Absolutely no trace of a stickiness or wetness from a sauce. Totally dried out. Definitely not fresh.
Don’t usually write reviews and not a picky person but dang the food missed it on all marks. Fried rice was ok - passable. .
Won’t be back for sure. Do better! With the rising prices, adding a convenience fee us occasional customers who like to treat themselves will stop doing so altogether. And will be more selective how we spend it.
