Our first time (4 people) and my foreign phone won't let me install the app. A nice cashier tried to help us but the manager asked her to return to her post, all in front of us. Unbelievable. Another server helped us get the pastries that were not served even when the screen said the order was complete, it wasn't. Difficult to get good service here. The employees are willing to help but the manager won't let them. Unreal.

Great experience, the lady at the counter offered my son a juice box while we waited, we ordered on the mobile screen, the food was okay I ordered a bread bowl and it was very hard to bite through. But food came out pretty fast and soup and mac and cheese was good

Panera is clean modern and the service is only mediocre the food quality is good but the value is not there. Over priced for what you get.
$10 for a salad and bag of chips. It's lettuce!
I'd much rather spend it at Chipotle's for a bowl with protein
