Excellent omelet as always with great, friendly staff. Coffee isn't bad either! Only 4 star for atmosphere because I like to be there when it is full of guests (I mistimed my visit). Petros is at its best as a small town establishment when filled with the small town people.

New owner (employee turned owner!) They kept on menu what they are famous for,... the delicious giant pancake. Yes, one is all you need., it's just that big and delish.
Good food. however, the wait staff is horrible. They are lucky to be able to get out of their own way. The worst wait staff I have seen in a long time. I would go here more but because of them I will be staying away, as should you unless you do not mind very sup par wait staff. The reason I even gave 2 stars is because the food was good.
Tried this for the first time after hearing from a few friends of how good it was and I was not disappointed ? A friend and I stopped in and had a late breakfast that was absolutely delicious. Everything was cooked as we had ordered and the portions were very nice. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and the wait staff were quick and friendly. There seems to be plenty of parking but could fill up fast some days. The menu is extensive with breakfast and lunch choices and the coffee is very good. Plenty of seating with a selection of table sizes and a clean and organized dining room along with a wrap around counter. A must try destination ?
Parking: Tight parking lot but plenty of spots.
Kid-friendliness: Kids will definitely enjoy here.
Wheelchair accessibility: On first floor with lots of room inside.

Not impressed by my recent visit. We received waffles that were undoubtedly undercooked; they were the same color as what I would imagine the original batter was. I can understand food being undercooked on the inside, but these waffles clearly looked wrong; they should have never made it past the waitress, and certainly not the cooks.
I'd rather not think about what else cleared the line, and won't be returning.

Absolutely wonderful!The seat-yourself allowed us on a in-restaurant busy day, to get seated immediately on walking in.Second, one server was at our table within a minute, menus and requested our choice of drinks.Great coffee followed within minutes, and another server was tableside, asking for food orders.Milk and cream dispensers followed, then our food...just overwhelmed with huge servings..I requested ham with eggs, home fries and raisin toast...the ham slice literally went from one side of the spaghetti-sized plate, to the other...eggs, toast, home fries were great...coffees were refilled at no extra charge, and my large cranberry juice was too big to finish....half the ham came home with us in a box, that was offered.My fiancee ordered French toast, which she enjoyed to the last bite.This is our 3rd time visiting here...definitely not our last.Bon Appétit!!!
