Had food from here before (the classic sandwich, fries, and coleslaw) and it was pretty good for fast food. This time it was horrible, so extremely greasy and the chicken was more like rubbery fish and chips. I also went to the bathroom, and there was no door to the stall and someone was staining the room and I got stain all over me and my dad’s shirt. Zero star, terrible!

This has to be the worst Popeyes in the area. I placed an order via the app. When we went to pick up the order, it was incomplete. I understand sometimes things get missed but this time it was completely deliberate. I noticed the coleslaw and a large mac and cheese were missing in the bag. So I go back to get the rest of my order and I tell the guy that I am missing some items. Without skipping a beat he immediately tells me, "I know, we do not have any coleslaw and the mac and cheese will be done in about 5 minutes." So they were fully aware of the missing items and just did nothing about it. So after waiting for about 10 minutes I finally get what I thought was the rest of my order, but of course when I get home I realized the biscuits for both of the meals were not included either. With the prices of everything now a days to get shorted multiple items intentionally and not included in your order is just wrong. It's flat out theft. I will never, ever return to any Popeyes. The training and ethics of this company is clearly non existent.

Stay away from this horrible restaurant. You've been warned. I just had the absolute worst fried chicken meal, at this location. The chicken was very small and flavorless. Mash potatoes were ok. Biscuit tasted like i ate a spoonful of flour. Mac and cheese looked absolutely old and awful. As if this wasn't bad enough, we waited for 24 min. before we got our food. Oh, by the way, it cost $33 and change. This meal wasn't even worth $5.

I only put one star because there’s no ceros. The service is terrible, they were really slow taking their little sweet time and i never wait this long, the employee’s excuse was that she just got there was an inspection, i got my food right even though that they took very very long. Terrible service.

I ordered drive thru a Large combo of white meat receipt states a chicken breast I never got and i also got a small mash potatoes- when i asked the rep she indicated I was charged for a small and a L was only for the drink! Food was cold and rep was more concern w her phone and how managers "dont do nothing" rather than me her customer and getting the order correct! I must agree mgmt does NOT do anything about this as i see reviews and I am not the only dissatisfied customer- this is why other business will get my hard earned money moving forward!!

Came with my family and the manager decided to have someone spray spray paint on the ceiling across from my family i have an 11 month old and pregnant inhaling the fumes it’s very strong no open doors for fresh air i think it’s very unprofessional for them to do that with customers eating in the store
