When they make a mistake, the lady who answers the phone argues with you tells you that it was you who made the mistake.
They stopped using red chilies. Generals is supposed to be spicy. It isn't but when you ask for it to be extra spicy, she argues with you again saying it's already spicy and refuses to accommodate you.
$100 orders each time we get Chinese food has been lost because of her. We go elsewhere now.

This is my usual go to spot locally and that’s because the others are terrible but they food here is good for the most part and it’s consistent but today I was highly let down as I ordered the LOBSTER low mein and it was made with crawfish meat not lobster that’s false advertisement and ripping people off do better if you say it’s lobster it better be lobster now I wonder what else on the menu is made of something other than what you say it is

worst Chinese food I have ever had. I have tried a few different things and have decided that I will never try anything else. Fried rice is like rocks. The gravy on the egg foo yong is like colored brown water. Egg roll is pretty much just the eggroll wrapper. There’s hardly nothing inside. Boneless ribs are nothing but fat no meat on them at all. This place is just bad not to mention that if you go in there in the winter, you’re gonna freeze, there’s no way you could possibly eat there because it’s so cold. Please don’t waste your time or money

Used to be good freshly cooked meals, but no longer. Chicken teriyaki was NOT chicken, rice tasted like metal, chicken wings overcooked. Tasted like reheated leftovers. Egg roll was good but under stuffed. The restaurant was freezing cold, restroom was disgusting and for goodness sakes, take down that plastic at the checkout.
