Food is very good but the service is awful. They tell you an hour to come pick up your food and something told me to call before I went to pick it up and thank god I did because they told me to wait ANOTHER 40 minutes before my food would be ready. They need to seriously hire help or they’re going to lose a lot of customers

Ordered take out for lunch. Had to wait 20 minutes for lunch at 2pm, take that as you want I guess. As far as food quality it was good food. Didn’t have any problems after eating if you know what I mean. Staff was friendly both on the phone and in person. Would go back.

I ordered from here BEWARE.... You will pay more when you pick up . What is posted for menu prices in line are not what they charge for food. Lunch prices are the same as dinner prices. Argued with the lady about pricing since I was now overcharged for food that is just ok. And the wait time sucks when they are not busy at all. Wanted to sit and wait in restaurant but it's freezing in there too. If I could rate them no stars I would

The food is good, the delivery service is the worst around...they'll tell u 1 hour...it arrives 1 1/2 hours or longer...very poor ..y don't they hire a driver? He cooks and delivers ..smh..

I have been ordering from po’s for many years when I lived in Chicopee and they are amazing. Food is always cooked fresh. I have moved 45 minutes away and I still travel out to Chicopee just for Po’s. It is definitely worth the drive.

They're a little slow on delivery but food definitely worth the wait (about 1 hr). I got pu pu platter for 2 & sesame chicken lunch plate & everything was excellent that I could eat ( without getting full). I highly recommend!
