I’ve got to be honest. My girlfriend and myself stopped in and ordered some Italian cold cut subs and I was not impressed by any means. I’m not sure if the staff has changed or what it was. However, I ordered a cheesesteak today and felt like I was in Philly. Great seeded roll, cooper sharp, cherry peppers etc you guys know what you’re doing now. I am now convincing her to give you guys another try.

What a great find in Chicopee! This is probably the beat hoagie (sub, grinder, sandwich, etc.) shop in western MA. The bread was extremely fresh, filled with abundent meats and cheese, topped with garden fresh veggies. The quality of cold cuts was also premium and exceeded the beat on the market for quality and flavor. Staff are friendly and super fast. We even though the hoagies were better on the second day as a leftover.

We were in town and wanted a good sandwich and gave this restaurant a try. The service was friendly and fast, and the restaurant was clean and brightly lit inside, with convenient on premise parking. The sandwiches were huge, the "Primo" size is like a medium size sub, and they pack it in full with plenty of meats. Everything was delicious and fresh tasting. You can choose different bread choice, with or without seeds, and add in your condiments and other variety dressings, and they also have some other side options like potato chips etc... You can eat in or take out, we took our subs out. We will return there again whenever in the area for another great filling sub.

I was curious about the new sub shop on Memorial Drive and stopped in for the first time the other day on my way home from work. I ordered a Sharp Italian and a Turkey and Cheese.
Both sandwich’s were delicious! Fresh sliced meats and cheeses, great bread (I tried both types)…also tried a bag of the “Hoaggie chips”…those were surprisingly good too!
Staff were friendly and helped me decide on my subs. The store was clean and had tables to eat-in.
Don’t sleep on PrimoHoagies in Chicopee!

One of the best Italian cold cuts I’ve ever had! That toasted sesame bread is so good. I’ve also tried a chicken cutlet, which is just a chicken cutlet nothing to brag about and their meatballs are no good either. But definitely a great cold cut if you’re interested.
