Absolutely delicious! You can taste the love in their cooking. Panner Butter Masala and Chicken Tikka Masala, tremendous flavor. Samosa hits. And the basmati rice is so soft and pillowy - perfectly cooked. Handled with care. Thank you Priya!

A Tribe Called West
We have been loyal customers at Priya for about 7 years . We go there at least once a month with my family of six and we sit at the same table every time . Regulars . We noticed the last two times that the bill gets higher . When I asked if the buffet pricing had changed , they said it’s always half price for 9 and under . I told the man that the past two times my 8 year old , who eats 4 naans and some pudding , has been charged as an adult , including today’s bill . He said that next time to bring ID for the 8 year old . Say what ? She’s 8. What ID would anyone here possibly have for an 8 year old I asked . He said any ID . I told him she’s too young to have an ID . What ID would he like me to bring just to honor the 50% off ? Mind you - we have been paying for 6 adults the past couple of times for my 12,11, and 10 year old . No beef there , it’s 9 and under . I have an 8 year old who barely eats . No apology was given . He said “ she looks tall so full price .” What ? I told him if I had to bring a birth certificate in as that’s the only ID I have for all kids . He said yes , birth certificate . Are you kidding me ? I’ve been bringing my family there for years and there was no accountability . It’s a shame because the food is great , but if you have poor customer service , you will lose customers just like us . He could have apologized , or even honored the 50%, for our little one . Nothing . 20 bucks a head here with poor customer service if you ask questions they don’t like .

I've never ordered off the menu, but the buffet is excellent. There's always a good crowd so the food stays fresh, the items rotate it's never the 'same old' things, there are options (clearly labelled) with an actual spice you don't always find at americanized places, and the servers never let your drink get low. They have capacity for large crowds but it doesn't feel too big. At least half the customers at any given time are south Asian, that should count for more than anyone's review. This is the best Indian buffet in Western MA, I drive down from Vermont just to eat here. Price is fair for 2025

Yet again I find myself compelled to leave a review. Amazing. What else can I say. I'm honestly anxious to look at how many times I've ordered take out from Priya in the last 6 months. Every time is a home run. Piping hot. Delicious. Medley Biryani, Chicken Majestic + whatever chicken dish you're feeling like-- (tika sag, chettinad, korma, butter, whatever) it's always amazing. Always fresh. Don't forget the Rosemary Garlic Naan!!!! I've been inspired to try some Indian cooking at home. I'm a beginner but it's great! I couldn't be happier. Anyways. Thank you Priya!
