Food was good. I got three lemons in my water (!) and free bread before the meal. The bathroom was very clean.

Figuring out parking here was hectic. It took me 3 tries to order something that they actually had available. The doors menus and counter were sticky and just unclean. I went to use the restroom to wash my hands after handling the menu and those doors were in even worse shape. The locals seem to love this place. The food wasn’t bad but it wasn’t great either. I overheard it’s under new management so hopefully this place makes a turn for the better!

Love this bar, drinks are reasonable price, and the food is delicious. Some of my favorite people bartend there.

This little bar feels like one of those secret places only the locals know. They keep it a secret so they have all the food to themselves. My overall experience was good, and I do recommend it if you're looking for a good seafood restaurant in its little corner. Just note that it has minimal parking.

I have lived in Chicopee for a long time and must have driven by this place hundreds of times. One day I popped in to see what it was all about. This place gives off old school vibes. The crowd were mostly Portuguese and super friendly. The menu had a decent selection for being a smaller restaurant/bar. I would recommend the calamari, pork chops, rabbit, swordfish, chicken wings, and soups. Everything that I had was extremely delicious. From what I’ve been told, they’ve been doing this for a long time with the same quality of food. *Five stars*

I ordered the Bitoque and shrimp cakes as take out. I got back to the hotel and opened the packages. No shrimp cakes - cod cakes instead. There were well made but was very disappointed I didn't get what I ordered. The bitoque was a huge let-down. I am used to a bitoque with Spanish fries. This had regular fries. Bitoque usually comes with a pan made sauce. Not a drop of sauce was included. The steak tasted great as was the egg, but I was very disappointed that I did not have the usual bitoque experience. Probably not going back.

I visited on recommendations from local patrons. The food was good but did not meet my high expectations.

This food was ok. I heard it was better years ago. I'd give it another try.

A blast from the past! No frills atmosphere, but always great specials on the board - often a Sea scallops special and I love the Chief Clam appetizer. You can’t beat their prices!! Carla is often working and is always a joy. The neighborhood is a working neighborhood and safe to park right at the door. We’ve have been traveling to the Red Fez for family gatherings for 25 or so years. It’s a good midway point for my friends and also family that lives in Chicopee.
