Very dissatisfied with my experience. Not only is there a small food selection, but the quality of the food is poor. One bite of the sushi and I was rushing to grab a napkin and spit it out! Nothing tasted fresh nor good. The service was ok, except for the fact that the waitress never came to give us clean utensils. Won’t go back again.

Im not typically fond of Buffet style eating. However this was a great experience for a quick lunch. When you walk in they ask you what "soda' you would like. After that make your way to the multi tabled buffet stations. Lots of great food including a large selection of fish reflated dishes. Soups , desserts, and sushi are also among the choices. I paid 15 bucks for lunch not including tip.

Parking: Its part of a strip mall. Plenty of parking
Wheelchair accessibility: Easy in and easy out . Single floor.

Me and my bf decided to give this place a try 2 days ago since we haven’t been in years. And just how I imagined it the food was so cold I could not eat it. There also wasn’t a big food selection. Everything was just horrible.

Everything is great, except for the food, although the sushi is very tasty and fresh. As for me, Nippon Grill is a little better in food, but definitely inferior in sushi. The staff is friendly, cozy, background music.

Despite reading the bad reviews, my husband and I decided to give this place a chance. Unfortunately, just like the reviews said the food was cold (chicken was chewy) and my husband found more than one hair in his food (different servings). We arrived shortly after opening (11:30am) in hopes that we would get fresh, warm food. Big disappointment and a waste of time!

Most of the food was cold besides Some of the chicken and noodles The service was good. Seafood was HORRIBLE. The only thing that was good that had.seafood in it was the crab raccoons. The price would be worth it if the food wasn't cold. I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN.

I was worried about all the one-star reviews and horror stories on here. Having gone here today for an early dinner, I would say that those reviews of this place are entirely unjustified! I found my experience to be rather pleasant here, minus the typical horrors of driving near the insane Chicopee Walmart and Memorial Drive in general (which can't be helped). I found the overall experience to be pleasantly surprising.
Walking in, it definitely gives off an outdated vibe, but it's an insanely clean restaurant and they have really nice bathrooms (minus the bad paint job on the doors). There are two hostesses, or something, and the one on the right was pretty dismissive, but she wasn't doing much. I was seated right away, served my drink (water), and got to eating. My waiter was exceedingly polite and attentive. I was served in under 2 minutes.
The food is what you expect of a cheap Chinese place. People on here are expecting way too much; this isn't Michelin star dining! I love Asian food in general and I've eaten at probably 100+ restaurants. I would say this place is above-average for value. For <$20, you literally can eat all you want (I had five full plates) and no one judges you or "cuts you off" like at some places. I'm a big guy and have a lot of both muscle and fat because I work out a lot and also love food. Especially when I went, it seemed like everyone just leaves you alone, which I like.
Again, I found it incredibly clean. I saw no roaches or other vermin like some people claimed to have seen here (I call BS)! What I did see was sparkling countertops, clean trays, and clean tongs. There was someone walking around cleaning everything. As someone who got food poisoning as a kid from a Chinese buffet in Connecticut, I have reasonable anxiety about eating at these places. If you are like me, don't worry; they take it seriously here!
All-in-all, a solid recommendation if you live or work in or near Chicopee and want something different from the myriad of places on Memorial Drive. As someone who shops all the time at the Home Depot next door, I will probably be stopping in here more often from time to time!
Parking: It's in a huge strip mall; there is virtually unlimited parking, even on weekends.
I came for Egg Foo Young as seen on their menu online. No Egg Foo Young. I only planned to pick up food to bring home. The food I brought home was decent, however, please remove Egg Foo Young off your menu. The crab lagoon was delicious but the egg roll had no taste.

Would have recommended, but would be mindful of the time you select to go eat sometimes food could be sitting for a while. Usually busy days food is constantly renewed. Free refills and waiters come every so often check on us as well as clean the table. Light music playing in background. Variety of options to select from including deserts and fresh seafood Good place for family or couples for quick bit.

Food was good....I tried the French fries..they could have been a little crispier...over all the food was good...wide selection of food...shrimp was good...they also have dessert and fruit....along with sushi...my family and I went there for Xmas dinner...it was pretty busy seeing it was Xmas....I would definitely recommend it if you like Chinese food and unlimited amounts of it !! ...Service was excellent and staff was very nice !
