Placed an order early this morning. Got it delivered. Paid almost $10 for coffee alone, including the service and NOT The coffee that I ordered. The label that was placed on the coffee cup showed what my coffee should’ve been But it was something completely different. If you looked at the label and looked at the coffee, you would know That it was incorrect. Maybe someone should be paying more attention to detail than writing comments on the cups themselves. Tried calling nobody answered. Very disappointed.

I’ve never been to a Starbucks and not been nicely spoken to whoever took my order at the drive-through window on Black Friday was absolutely disrespectful laughing every time I said something not giving me my total just being rude absolutely insane. Honestly, you guys need to get better employees

Went to east Columbus in spfld to get a coffee and my whole order was terrible. Came to Starbucks and a manager named Tyler was kind enough to remake my order for me. Everyone was so friendly, place was clean.. great atmosphere. I’m never going to the other Starbucks again. Tyler was really sweet and literally made my morning. I have a newborn and really needed that coffee and just needed someone to be nice for once ❤️

This has to be some of the saddest and rude staff ive ever encountered, they are wearing masks on there face (maybe they are sick and still have to report to work and thats why they are so sad angry and grumpy. After standing a while one girl came over and mumbled something to me that i couldn't even hear and she managed to take my order without making eye contact once and all three girls serving were all the same wouldn't make eye contact looked extremely pissed off at all their gusts and were openly complaining about the guests that were asking questions about their drinks because they would slam them down say nothing and walk away. I feel sorry for anyone who has to deal with these three yung ladies and hopefully they are just having a bad day and dont treat people like this all the time.

My parents order coffee here almost everyday and my mom can’t have regular milk but even though my mom states this every time they still end up giving her regular milk and she has given me her coffee like all week this week and it doesn’t even taste good.

Hello! Lately that I come to this Starbucks the employees apparently don't feel like working. They are rude when it comes to taking the order and on 2 occasions they have already made my orders wrong and then they refuse to make changes. Only once they made the change and left me half an hour waiting for my drink and they made it annoying.

I was door dashing and I had an order for 1 GREEN TEA and I ended up waiting there for almost a half an hour and I didn’t even get the tea!! I had to unassign my offer because they took so long. Everyone had an attitude, they all looked miserable and they all looked like they had no clue what they were doing. I mad eye contact with EVERYONE in that store and no one came to me and asked me anything. They didn’t even try to acknowledge me. Even though I didn’t order anything, I should still be treated like a customer and I did not feel that way at all today.
