A real word of advice for Starbucks, I ordered a hot pumpkin spice latte with almond milk and it tasted like it had zero flavor in it. I did not taste pumpkin spice whatsoever at all. It tasted like a cup of heated up milk with no flavor do yourselves a favor and add significantly more flavor to your lattes, especially the hot lattes!!!
Starbucks Review: Numerous visits...
What to say about a Starbucks? Are they all the same? Are they different? I think you could argue for both. I go for pretty much one thing each time. A medium black hot coffee with NO room for milk. I might go with a baked good but often I don't. I downloaded the app at the beginning of 2024 which has been great. I have many stars and need to start using them. The people at the Starbucks there in Chicopee are nice, personable and quite fast. There is never an attitude and honestly I secretly like being that ONE customer who orders a medium no room hot coffee of the day. Someday I won't use the drive thru but go in and sit and then I might have a few more things to write about. Thanks Starbucks for helping me start my day well every time I go! Hold up, I lied. I did stop at this location for my birthday and I got a free coffee for my birthday gift... and I got a frappucino. YUM!

Cameron is an amazing barista with a great attitude. Suggested the refresher with water over lemonade 10/10
I come here everyday before work. I have never had a Starbucks where the drinks were so inconsistent. I stopped ordering the Carmel crunch because it was watery never frozen. This morning I order a Matcha Latte and it taste like Iām drinking straight Milk. I donāt even know why I waste my time at this Starbucks and the employees move so slow Iāve waited 20-30min for just a drink. Iām very disappointed in this Starbucks I expect this kinda of inconsistency from Dunkin. Iām have to find a new Starbucks because this store isnāt it and I keep giving it a chance but they suck at making Drinks.

My coworker and I both got breakfast sandwiches at this location. They were soggy and tasteless. Cumberland farms does a better job than this place did. The description said the English muffin is toasted...well they must have dipped it in water after. It was clearly microwave and disgusting

Starbucks is ruining their stores like Chicopee with too many complicated menu choices for too many people ordering online from not enough staff, creating massive waits. I stopped here to get a coffee and a biscotti while charging nearby. Nobody waiting in store in front of me had gotten their order after waiting at least 20 minutes. I walked out without the coffee after waiting 15 minutes. The poor staff was easily 1/2 an hour behind in orders, screwing them up. They have a double driveup line that was 4 cars deep, mobile orders coming in, and "a few" people ordering in the store. It was a pretty busy Friday afternoon, but these corporations are trashing their reputations with uncontrolled operations like this.

At one time, this particular location used to be well managed, and MUCH cleaner. As a frequent customer of many Starbucksā locations, it is both unfortunate and disappointing, to see just how far service has slid backwards at the Chicopee location. I stopped in recently, to order two tall (small) mocha Frappuccinos. I did not order any other beverages, nor did I order anything from the pastry case, no chips, nothing, and my order was nearly $15.00! Thatās not ridiculous; itās purely OUTRAGEOUS! Aside from that, I got inside, and made it to the order counter, with no one ahead of me, waiting to order. I noticed that there were two or three people at the end of the counter, waiting for the drinks they had already ordered, along with a long line of vehicles at the drive-up, that I noticed on my way into the store. As I was waiting for my order to be taken, a line of customers began to quickly form behind me. After about five minutes of waiting at the register, a staff member said that she would ābe with me in a minuteā. Shortly thereafter, she took my order, but did not ask my name, for the label on the cup. I was asked to wait at the end of the counter, and told my drinks would be ready in a few minutes. This is the point, where the REAL waiting began!!! I waited patiently, as I watched every person behind me in line, along with what seemed like close to a dozen more, who came in, behind THEM, AFTER my order was placed, and almost the entire drive-up line of customers, wrapped around the building, get cleared out, BEFORE I was asked what the name for my order was. Apparently, the barista finally figured out, that she had two nameless labels, sitting in beverage limbo for close to a half an hour, before deciding to ask me why I had been waiting for so long. At long last, she proceeded to make my drinks! In hindsight, I should have spoken up sooner, but in my experience, I donāt like to pressure baristas, out of fear that they may screw-up my order, and Iāll have to wait even longer to get things corrected. After all the waiting, the drinks were āokā, but definitely not worth $15.00! The waiting was made worse, by the fact that the store itself, was a complete shambles! No napkins in the dispenser!!! I practically had to beg, to get TWO napkins!!! There were absolutely no sugars or sugar substitute packets, or anything else for that matter, except an empty napkin dispenser, and a handful of straws, falling all over the place, on the once well-stocked condiment counter/trash receptacle (which was overflowing btw). The floor needed a serious sweep, as there were used napkins, straw wrappers, and other debris strewn all over the place! The tables and front counter disgusting, and weāre not only in need of a wipe-down, they were in need of a power wash, as they appeared to have grime from at least a century, caked on the surface! The exterior of the building was just as lovely! Bags of trash piled up by the door, absolutely no trash receptacles to be found outside, so just imagine, how unsightly the area around the building is, with trash dumped on the ground everywhere, especially in the parking lot. Nowā¦. After all that, two words sum it all up for me, in regards to this locationā¦. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Terrible customer service. Gave us attitude when they FORGOT our coffees. The coffee was disgusting. Gave us the wrong food. One of the reasons I love starbucks is because they are always nice, the coffee is great. NOT THIS LOCATION APPARENTLY. It also took about 10 mins to get our order in the drive thru.
Pretentious and overpriced
