Placed an order at 1pm to be ready for 3pm and when I got there they never thawed the wraps so the order couldn't be made. Won't go back.

Customer service was a bit dry for my taste. The subways located next to UPS drop & pick up facility across from the New relocated sports store in manchester has more customer interaction.
