Ordered on the App. Gave me a pickup time about 25 minutes later. Right about the time I was supposed to pickup, I got the notification that my sandwich was ready, but nothing was on the pickup rack when I entered the store. The only person working started preparing 2 customers sandwiches. When he finally turned to me and I asked for my sandwich, he said he hadn't even started it yet. Why say it's ready then? I sat there for 10 minutes when you could have just not marked it as ready. The App is supposed to make life easier, but I would have had my sub sooner if I walked in and ordered.

So the food was good the service he was awesome gave us a free drinks and chips but when I walk in my dad is like look at the place where the prep the sandwhich their was a god damn fly a mother trucking fly I wanted my food but luckily it didn't land on it so atmosphere over all is disgusting
