I love the food at this place but I think today is my last day here. I wanted my money on an online order and it never went through. I did it again the next week; same thing. I’ve come to the assumption that they only serve expensive food now. If you’re looking for a meal under $7; you are crazy we live in 2025.

Best, most polite staff I've ever come across food TacoBell! The lady, who probably was manager, served us the food by calling it right away and asked if we would be okay with her cleaning the table adjacent too ours!!! This never happens, even at done in places. Five stars for her service, politeness and courtesy.

I usually never have a problem here but last week I ordered a pizza, I was on drive thru.. and the lady charged me for the persons order up front on accident butttttt then she noticed she messed up and said that it’ll re I’mburse me and THEY DIDNT. They charged me twice for the persons order up front and she charged me twice again for two pizzas which declined because whatever she charged me for already got taken out and I used my cash app card with a certain amount of money on there. Then she said it declined……… that was her fault bc who charges someone four times because they messed up and lie about me getting re injured to save her own butt. Disappointed. Figure it out . I understand your job makes mistakes but you saying it declined after you charged me for someone else’s order twice …..? Lmao . I want my refund . For someone else’s food I PAID FOR. Idc the amount . Like are you kidding me ppl. She gave me the pizza too after I told her it’s her problem that she charged me for someone’s order and I just stared at her because I wasn’t leaving without what I already apparently paid for twice that wasn’t even my actual total. Lol

This is now the 4th time I have placed an online order for pick up and all 4 times they have somehow messed up my order. It is always the same thing. They do not add the things I payed extra for. This is the worst place and I will no longer be going here.
For anyone placing an online order and you go through the drive through. I suggest you park and ensure your order is correct.
I drove back to work all four times to find that they messed up my order. I gave them the benefit of the doubt.
At this point, I am just done with this place for good!

Extremely disappointed in Chicopee, MA Taco Bell tonight. Drive through line was busy so we went inside. Had to order through the kiosk because we received no help. Waited 25 min and we were told our 5 item order still had not begun getting made. Had to have a man yell to grab someone’s attention because no one was paying attention to me, then the manager came up and very begrudgingly and not at all apologetically cancelled my order for me. Workers seemed to have not a care in the world to prepare orders and the restaurant had multiple people in it waiting since before we came. All the while, the drive through was pumping.
Horribly inconsiderate service and very rude manager. Went across the street to McDonalds instead.

who ever the girl was working the drive through with the caterpillars on her eyes was so rude slapped and threw the food in my moms hand never said hi or have a good day back had a attitude if you don’t wanna do your job then don’t work there no one’s forcing you also i don’t know who was under the influence or what but how do you put beef and chicken on a chalupa.

I loved the great good tasting food because I think this is the most convenient place I have ever been. For starters I got my favorite meal at Taco Bell. And so breadsticks they were cooked to perfection and I will be attending here again P.s. (loved the food and service!)
Better than most Taco Bells. We didn't have to wait too long for our mobile order compared to my local Portland Maine Taco Bell. That location has issues.

Now that most places have these kiosks, inside service seems a lot slower. its as if they want you to go through DT. But then you wait forever in DT. The food is always good, the team is always pleasant. Just wish the time you wait between ordering and receiving food wasn't so long.
