I loved the great good tasting food because I think this is the most convenient place I have ever been. For starters I got my favorite meal at Taco Bell. And so breadsticks they were cooked to perfection and I will be attending here again P.s. (loved the food and service!)

Now that most places have these kiosks, inside service seems a lot slower. its as if they want you to go through DT. But then you wait forever in DT. The food is always good, the team is always pleasant. Just wish the time you wait between ordering and receiving food wasn't so long.

14minutes to take order 42 minutes for food Order wrong Employee was so in appropriate I brought the tray back. She litterly counted the items, opened them with unprofessional extravagant nails and sighed.
Lobby was filthy, soda fountain was trashed and not stocked.
Condiment area was void of everything except Diablo sauce and two molds on the counter area not in the bin.
I know this is a regular occurrence at this Taco Bell and yes I have permanently taken this as a lesson.
Four customers walked out. Two drive through people came in to see what the hold up was.
Kitchen was trashed, six visible employees inside. One employee in uniform outside with his friend for a smoke break.
Full refund obtained. Full conversation with corporate.

waited 10 minutes quietly in line. i asked if anyone is going to take my order and the employee snapped back with "its not just about you, we are busy" so i left. all the cars that were in the drive-thru had been served and left. this is a constant issue with every taco bell
