Worst experience ever. The service was terrible. I ordered through door dash and picked up through drive thru. When I pulled up his first words were what's up what can I get you. The employee was very rude when I said my wife's name because its the hard to pronounce. I said it and he replied "Who?"(smacking his teeth together) "Who's that? Man just pull up." I pulled up he said nothing gave me a mean death stare but said nothing even when I said "Thank you good night". Food was thrown together. It didn't look appealing couldn't eat half of it. Tacos no meat or very little meat only veggies.

Terrible customer service. I waited an hour for my food mind you I only ordered 4 things. 5 people after me got there food and left. Mad people came & left in drive through. Finally when I spoke up and said something a few of the employees gave nasty looks. Manager apologized but they still took long.I've never been disappointed with TBell until now!!

They got my order wrong so I go inside to get my order fixed. I was given an attitude problem. Instead on shifting her focus to the solution which is just to fix my order and charge me the difference if needed be. She instead decided to try to make it an argument. Idk what this girl issue was. I ended up just asking for a refund because there was no need to make a big fuss about correcting an order. It wasn’t that serious, learn to chill out.

Went to drive thru, they got my order wrong not once, not twice, but 3 times! It was crazy. Employees seemed really lazy and didn't care at all.

This taco bell always gets my order correct and the staff is ALWAYS accommodating.
Pizza hut inside a taco bell is the most genius idea and this place always has my back whenever the stoner inside me craves a pan pizza and a taco bell slushie at 11pm.

Had terrible experience with the current manager KAYLA. She came up to tell me I can’t put soda on a water cup (not in a professional way) then telling me to give her 2.56 as I’m sitting there LOL then she proceeds to throw my cup in the trash. A GOOD manager will give you a verbal warning first. She was way too bothered. I’ve been a manager before and never talk to anyone that way specially for a water cup. Kayla needs to retrain or give someone else better qualified the position. I will be returning as all the other workers are great and I love Taco Bell. Do better kayla.
