Customer service isn't there strong suit , they barely listen when you try and say something to them . And I do mean the bartenders , one was nice enough to ask if I was all set .

I mentioned to the bartender that there was no warm/hot water in the ladies room, she said there hasn't been hot water for several days. I asked how they were cleaning the glasses etc and she just shrugged. Now I'm wondering how they clean the tables or mop the floors. Disgusting.
