One of the best places to go when you in Chicopee Massachusetts place is clean bartenders and the owner are awesome and the food is crazy good especially the pizza been coming here for 8 years now and place never lets me down thank you again

I have yet to try any food, but overall Benji, the owner was amazing! I’ve been to plenty of bars where bartenders and even owners are just so rude and unkind when it comes to the very ends of the night. The owner and bartenders including the customers were so friendly and helpful! It was my first time at the Dugout and it was an awesome experience! I will definitely come back and try some food for sure! The menu seems pretty interesting so I’m looking forward to it! Thank you to Benji and others for giving me a great first time experience!

We went here for lunch. The Medium Pizza (16 slices) was fabulous. The ingredients were fresh (hamburg, onions and peppers NOTE: we chose not to accept the pepperoni) and the pizza dough was baked crisp and not at all soggy. The cheese was to our order, smaller amount and the pizza came as we ordered. The pizza sauce was tasty without being overly spiced. We also ordered a take out order to further our dining experience. The crispy chicken salad (filled with crispy chicken and crispy fresh vegetables) and a small meatball grinder (the meatballs were tender and tasty) our option was to add fresh green peppers (the peppers were crisp and added to the grinder). The menu is extensive and will be prepared as ordered. Dugout is a leader in the very crowded Pizza field and well worth a stop at this owner owned shop.
