I have yet to try any food, but overall Benji, the owner was amazing! I’ve been to plenty of bars where bartenders and even owners are just so rude and unkind when it comes to the very ends of the night. The owner and bartenders including the customers were so friendly and helpful! It was my first time at the Dugout and it was an awesome experience! I will definitely come back and try some food for sure! The menu seems pretty interesting so I’m looking forward to it! Thank you to Benji and others for giving me a great first time experience!

The food is great service is quick proficient however it says the kitchen closes at 10:00pm but when you try to place an order by phone for pick-up at like 9:25pm no one answers the phone. If you can't order right up until 10:00 p.m. for self pick-up, then your web page should say kitchen closes at 9:00pm or 9:30pm.
