Sent someone for breakfast this morning. They took the order, then told us they didnt have biscuits after the order was done. Ok fine, whatever. Then they decided they wanted to charge for sauces. The employee was extremely rude even after the manager said don't worry about it. She went into the kitchen to talk shit to the other employees, then switched to Spanish when it was brought to the managers attention that she could be heard. Normally I dont have a problem with this place, but this interaction was extremely ridiculous. They need an overhaul on their employees. Disrespect should not be tolerated.
The manager was decent, but their employees suck.

The food is usually good helenfresh from this location, the problem. However, is the employees that do not pay attention. Simple things get overlooked too often. At this location, my suggestion is Don't try to alter your order at all last 3 times even trying to add cheese in my sandwich. Being a breakfast sandwich, they even messed that up, how, when it comes on the screen, you ask me and it says it on my receipt, but they don't put it on lack of paying attention. Will not visit this location in the future ever again

I’m standing here watching a dude in the back stick his fingers in his mouth, eating French fries with his gloves on, cooking food for other people as I wait for about 20 minutes for a 4 piece tender. Disgusting, and annoying

This Wendy's must have a drive through policy of only servicing 1 car at a time. So ridiculously slow.

This Wendy’s location is always slow, not only with customers but the service. Most of the time if I’m in the drive thru I get asked to pull up when I’m the only one in line and if I decide to go inside I’m basically waiting for someone to take an order for ages.

I ordered Dave’s triple and they charged me and they gave me dave’s single i noticed when i get home which is 10 minutes ride and then i went back and the guy over there was keep saying you ordered dave’s single if you want you have to pay for another burger this people here sucks especially the guy with nose piercing this company shouldn’t hire someone like that wendy’s was my favorite fast food and i will never ever eat again

I received very poor service at this site today. Waited at the counter for several minutes as I watched the worker fill 2 pickup orders. Never acknowledged me nor said she’d be with me shortly. Finally took my order without saying a word. I paid and noticed she charged me 2.89 for a small cup for water for my elderly mother. I questioned it and she said yeah for the cup. I told her I’ve never paid for water at any fast food place including here. Again saying nothing she went to get a key and dropped the money on the counter. When my order came she pushed the tray at me. My mother got a sour cream and chive potato which had neither with it. I waited then asked for the sour cream and butter. She said wait. A minute. Again after a few minutes she disappeared and came back with the items and dropped them on my tray. Nothing said. I wanted to talk to the manager but there were too many people around and didn’t want to embarrass her.
After all that my burger was not the best I’ve had there. Cold bun and cold burger.
We were there on 10/8 at 12:30. She had no name tag on.
Sorry for the rant but I’m retired after 50 years in retail and don’t usually complain but this visit was extremely disturbing to me.

Never coming back to this rude establishment. I ordered my meal and politely ask for ketchup. They look at me like I am wrong and only give me two packets. When I asked for more, I get another bad stare from the worker like it is coming out of her pocket. Such a rude place and will not be coming back ever! If you want attitude definitely go there.

Sat in the drive thru line for 20 minutes, didn't even get to order. Didn't bother sticking around for the rest.

I should have read all the negative and 1 star reviews of this Wendy's here in Chicopee, MA first before going there yesterday August 31,2025.
We went thru the drive thru to place are seemingly simple order. I ordered the JBC meal. and two Dave's singles with out pickles. Well when I paid and receive the food I was very surprised the JBC meal looked like a two Pattie kids meal (WOW!) and my two Dave's singles looked as if they were made for kids as well. For my order coming close to $25 I couldn't believe what I receive. The quantity and quality has drastically gotten smaller. I worked at Wendy's years ago in CT and the quantity and quality was much much better. And to make our experience worst I ask for some packages of ketchup and the young woman at the drive thru window check and said they have none. Also my medium soda was in a large cup, I ask why and was told that they were out of medium cups and lids.

Today is September 1,2025 and I would welcome a response from management please.
