Update February 28-2025 Wendy's has gone downhill. This one especially. The last 2 times I went, they got my orders completely wrong. These were both $35 - $40 orders. The meat is going downhill, and the food is becoming gross. Their chicken Asiago sandwich is soggy, soaked in ranch with dry swiss cheese and an old rubbery chicken patty. This didn't used to he like this. I've been ordering doublestacks with just chese,onions, mustard and lettuce for years all over America, but now they keep giving it to me slathered in ketchup, and this Wendy's does not serve mustard for some reason? On my last visit, they gave me 2 bacon cheeseburgers with mayonnaise and tomatoes instead of my usual double stacks that I ordered. They forgot our dressings with our Apple Pecan Salads. Awful service. Their french fries are double fried and dry. It's such a shame. I can honestly say their chili is still excellent. That seems to be the only thing they constantly get right.
Wendy's is my favorite fast food restaurant for sure. Their double stacks are delicious. Try their chili, I like to have them add onions and cheese to mine. Their meat is far superior to the other fast food chains, in my opinion. My aunt and her friends love their pecan apple salads, and my niece loves their smoothies and frosties. Good value. Good fast food .I've been going to Wendy's for over 40 years now. Remember the "where's the beef" commerical from when we were kids? I do.

Wendy's has the best coffee and fast food cuisine in the area. The staff is both personable and professional. Dave Thomas's legacy is evident in all employees. Kudos to Obie and Jamie for setting a tremendous example.
Beware!!! Something was going on at this Wendys store in Chicopee on January 20th 2025. I stopped and purchased 2 Daves singles, a salad and chili as take out. The person I got the food for was sick all night the 20th and the following day and spent much of the 21st in the hospital. I believe it was the hamburger that was bad or handled incorrectly because I also gave one to my dog which is something I do occasionally as he loves them. Ironically my dog was also sick all night the 20th and the following day on the 21st just like the person was who ate the other single. They both had non-stop diarrhea all night and the following day. So this was definitely food poisoning as it is the only thing they both ate that was the same. We are filing the necessary reports with the departments just as we did in the hospital to make them aware that there is a food handling issue going on at this restaurant. So to be safe, I would advise people to choose another wendys location for their needs until things get cleaned up at this particular Wendys restaurant. Be safe, not sick and sorry.

Thanks for the $4.00 worth of burned fries. Only discovered when I got back to work and opened the bag. This Wendy's isn't good overall, it seems something is wrong each time, which is why I don't usually go there. But I LIKE Wendy's and had a craving. Lesson learned. Also no receipt (ever) so I can't even feedback.

It has happened more than once that I order something and they make them a double without asking. I pay without really thinking about a breakdown and only realize when I get back to work and open it. Once is a mistake, twice is a disturbing pattern of bad service, or dishonesty.
