Their cinnamon sticks are ceylon cinnamon, not cassia, and are top quality. I love Tea4USA because not only do they care about the products they sell, but they also have direct relationships with the farmers, harvesters, and people who process their products.

I recently purchased a pouch of your FBOP Ceylon black tea. It is excellent IMO. I use 1 tsp tea leaves per cup. The ad says 4 oz, but the pouch reads 200g (7oz).
